Estate Living at the Beach is a lovely self-catering house situated in the gorgeous Amadada Estate in Summerstrand. This is the ideal holiday retreat as it offers comfortable accommodation within close proximity to the beach, shopping centres, and various restaurants.

This house has a sleeping capacity of 5 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom boasts access to the balcony, is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has 1 single bed. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. The kitchen extends to the dining area where guests can enjoy their meals, and further opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV.

The sliding doors of the lounge open up to a wooden deck with outdoor seating and braai facilities overlooking the green belt of Summerstrand. Furthermore, guests have access to the complex swimming pool and entertainment area.
