The view is breathtaking. The apartment was a home away from home. Everything you need is available. Juanita is very attentive and was checking up on us to make sure we have everything. I definitely recommend Estoril 35 for your break away. An inverter was available for load shedding, and the lighting during those periods was perfect.

A place where you can really relax, close to everything and convenient. Also very clean and nothing out of place. Sitting on the outside porch and looking out to sea is an absolute winner. Will definitely visit again.

The spacious unit is fully equipped with excellent taste. It feels more like a home than just a holiday accommodation. We grilled deliciously with the gas grill on the balcony and could enjoy the sea view. The short walk to Diaz beach makes the location ideal for us. The unit is really excellent and the apartment block neat. The prior communication with arrangements for key collection and location was timely and went smoothly. I will stay there again.
The owner made sure we knew where the key was and followed up to see if we had gotten the safe code. The personal concern was very considerate. The accommodation was exactly as described and we had a great time. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. With the problem of the drains smelling, we just put a cleaning agent in there ourselves to get rid of the smell. The apartment itself smelled very nice because of the Diffuser. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location for a holiday.
Very neat and well equipped apartment with beautiful sea view and water park just across the street. We really enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again if we visit Diazstrand.

Was very impressed, will definitely use the apartment again. Master bedroom shower door just needs revision, more hanging space for washcloths and towels could facilitate bathroom use.
All I missed is a braai place in complex, where you can braai with wood.

Upon arrival, everything was in place, clean and tidy. Good furniture and bedding. The sea view is unbeatable. Very safe with secure parking.
The apartment is extremely neat, comfortable and well equipped with a breathtaking view of the bay. Water park directly opposite the park where you can keep an eye on the children right from your balcony. (Note: the water park is currently closed until October).
We were first time visitors to Mossel Bay and what an amazing view. Apartment was very tidy and it had that welcome home feeling equipped with everything one needs. For me the cherry on the cake was that there were ice in the fridge. After a long drive cooling down on the patio was the best.

Overlooking the water park and being so close to the sea. There is anything you can think of to need from a washing machine to muffin pans. I recommend Estoril 35 to anyone with such ease.

Estoril 35 is perfectly located with a good sea view, is neat and clean. My only bit of criticism is the DStv, a full package probably doesn't cost that much extra and will give the experience and stay just that extra boost.
