Good location and good service received. The place is neat and offers value for money. I would recommend it.
For a family vacation, Mossel Bay is a great location. The Estoril Villas Holiday Apartment's location couldn't be better: Only a short stroll to the beach (we love waking up to the sound of waves). Convenient location near shopping and other amenities.
Very good service and if we had any questions Wanda was always available to help. Very neat complex.
Plekkie is nice and close to everything. Easy to carry your luggage in, lift throughout accommodation. Secure complex. Children enjoy the sea and water slides that are close by. Thank you very much.
We received more than expected and the owner is very friendly and welcoming.
Personal service was very poor. After 9 hours of travel, we were obliged to drive another 40 km round to pick up the unit's keys at Grootbrak. Upon our arrival at the unit, the gate entry code did not work. We reported it after which we had to wait 3 hours to enter. We paid R1000 in damages but there was no inventory in the unit. It is 3 weeks later and the breakage refund has not yet been refunded. The unit was also not dusted or mopped before our arrival. Everything was very dusty. The fridge did not work and was not repaired until the next afternoon. The window was so dirty you couldn't see through them.
Enjoyed visiting. By the sea.
Accommodation has everything you need from dishwasher soap to toilet paper, hot water, closer to beach.
The only problem we had at first was parking however it was resolved. Very friendly.
