Awesome view, spacious rooms, and enough bathrooms.
The accommodation was big enough for 10 people and very nice, exactly as advertised. Bedrooms and bathrooms very neat and big. We had a great time outside on the porch and around the pool area. The directions to the house from JHB/PTA were very easy.

Great house for a big group of golfers. Everything was as advertised. Very spacious, will definitely book again for the next golf trip.
Some of the furniture also looks battered, slightly torn etc.
It's worth every penny and would definitely be going back sometime in the future.
Was neat and clean. Ruth, the cleaner, was lovely. Just a pity patio furniture is not very comfortable! Couldn't use stoep optimally!

Well located near the Euphoria Clubhouse, the house has everything one could ask for. Well furnished, clean and tidy. A nice patio and swimming pool with a nice view, thank you for a lovely weekend.

Ideally located with a peaceful, clean and tidy environment. Well maintained golf course is a big plus. Accommodation is neat, open and spacious with a lovely place to hang out and own swimming pool. Ideal for a large family and/or friends.

What a beautiful place. The accommodation is neat, open and spacious. We opened the doors all the time and hung out on the porch right by the pool. Everything we could need was there. From the gate to the house, all the people were very friendly. The restaurant, water park and cable cars are a big plus, and there is wood for sale at the restaurant.
Large space, perfect for a family getaway. Host was fantastic. Great location, safe and secure. There are a couple of small fixes that need to happen, but overall a great place to stay at.
I would recommend having an iron as part of the house necessities.

The house was spacious and big enough for the family but the amenities were poorly maintained and the beds and pillows were old, uncomfortable did not smell nice. The pool was dirty and some of the taps and drains were not working well. We did not feel we received value for money.
The 4.5 is not a true reflection of the house at the stage. The house was clean (except for the dust and fog that fell from the ceiling in the master bedroom), spacious, location is excellent and has a lot of potential for which I was grateful. I looked at the reviews and it was already mentioned in August 2018 that the garage door was broken and it was still not in working order, the expectation was that something reported in 2018 would be fixed by late 2019/early 2020 would be fixed. The toilet seat in the upstairs master bedroom was broken, the ceiling also cracked and formed a hole against the front window which made the whole room smell like the bats that live in the roof and the smell caused us to not enter the room on the 2nd night not used. The door handles were loose when you closed them. The house also felt a bit like a construction site with decking boards lying around everywhere. Shower head in the 2nd upstairs bathroom was blocked and we couldn't use it. There are light switches without covers with wires sticking out. These are just a few of the mistakes. The house needs a lot of attention.
Very nice house with lovely spacious rooms. Well equipped and everyone really enjoyed the pool with the beautiful view over the golf course. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back. The water park and cable cars were also lovely.

The totally dominant aspect of this accommodation is the phenomenal view you have from its veranda over the golf course. Many species of buck walk across the golf course in front of you and you can see for miles. Beautiful trees, but unfortunately that's also where it ends. The pool's filter did not work and neither did the fridge's freezer section. Apart from the hollow mattresses, the house also has serious waterproofing problems. It actually rained a lot while we were there.
The house is large and spacious, but needs some attention. Master bedroom downstairs doorknob was loose and came off when I tried to open the door from the inside. Master bedroom on 2nd floor bathroom towel rail was loose and kept falling off. The toilet lid was completely loose and the one cabinet door's scanner was also loose and when the door is opened, it hangs at an angle. Garage door motor did not work. Some of the beds' mattresses were hollowed out.
We stayed in the same house in December and gave a full feedback on a few things. The owner replied that the problems would be attended to. I can 100% confirm that none of the problems that were reported were fixed! House is very neglected and needs urgent TLC! If I can sum it up in 1 sentence - Budget accommodation.
