The reception was friendly and I immediately felt at home. The breakfast was excellently prepared and the food actually too much. The room was spotless and I slept wonderfully on a firm mattress with pure white linen. I can highly recommend this accommodation and it is at a pocket-friendly price! I will stay here again.
Some of the building materials are still lying on the premises, but everything else looks neat and safe.
The room is spacious and neat and the staff friendly and helpful. Just a shame that we couldn't shower or bath because of the municipal water problem.
The place is in a quiet suburb, safe, and there are shops and a filling station which are a few minutes walk.

The service and reception was good. Very organized and breakfast was fantastic. The spa was lovely and all our ladies were pampered with the massages that were booked. People are friendly and make you feel comfortable, will definitely go back and recommend people.

I really enjoyed my stay at Fatrez. Fatima, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The staff were just as friendly. The ladies responsible for breakfast provided excellent service, it was delicious, and the options available were exactly as I would have preferred. The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was a big plus as the days were hot. Although the guest house is in the city, it was quiet and peaceful. It's also very centrally located, with cute shopping centers very close by.

Everything is in working condition and the accommodation is clean. Pretty decor and everyone is very helpful, like when they ironed a shirt for us. Breakfast was fresh and yummy. I will come back again.

Had a great stay and will definitely go again. Only suggestion is to maybe have special places to eat, places to visit, shopping centers, etc. for guests. to point out in a booklet or even one sheet that can be kept in rooms and for use by the next guest.

The breakfast we got was not good and not worth the money we paid for it. The bathroom is very cold in winter. There was no electric blanket on the bed and no jar of water. The location was perfect.

It is a lovely place that is very beautiful, but the room we slept in is not private at all. It has a sliding door that does not seal on either side. The nail salon is in the corridor right in front of the room door and the telephone and doorbell are also ringing directly next to the room door. We found the disturbing.
