We could leave our car at Faimile and come back in the evening. We didn't experience any problems with people sneaking in our car. We needed to sleep after a long day and our neighbors were very quiet. It was fantastic!
Had a great stay. Everything was perfect!
Great location and lovely flat. Small and compac,t but adequate for a few days in the city. Has all the right plugs lights etc. Well located for the Waterfront, stadium, Seapoint and town.
The stay was good. Even though there is no off-road parking, it did not seem to be a problem.
I was in the Cape for the Argus cycle tour and the unit was ideally located for the event. I could walk to pick up my number, drive to the start and quickly be back at the unit after the races. Lots of places to eat in the area and walking distance from Promenade. Although your car is parked on the street, I didn't get the idea that it was unsafe.
The venue was welcoming and cozy and we loved every minute of our stay.
