Stairs to the unit are a lot, if you have a medical problem it can be a struggle getting to the unit.

The unit was very neat and clean. The kitchen has everything needed to put together a meal. The bathroom is large and comfortable. Walking distance from restaurants and the beach. It was very warm and we could enjoy the pool too. The hostess and host were very friendly and helpful.

Location of Fairview Guest House and the weather was fantastic.
The owners at Fairview Guest House clearly have thought through everything. It's the small touches that count, especially in the kitchenette. The best coffee and rusks, fresh milk, a proper hot plate and not just a microwave. You won't want for anything. The masterbed in the whale room will give any insomniac their best sleep ever. It was the most comfortable bed with the sound of waves in the background. The bathroom had the best shower, so well designed so that the water doesn't splash everywhere like at so many other places. The guesthouse is also very close to a servitude on to an excellent beach.
Annette and Manfred truly become like family. So much so that you are half sad to leave after a vacation. It was the most incredible nicest place to stay in our lives and will definitely go back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Fairview Guest House. The Dolphin Suite offers stunning views, is beautifully decorated and has everything you might need. Annette is the perfect hostess and made us feel welcome and comfortable from the get go. The guest house is perfectly located close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended! We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit for the long weekend. Very warm welcome and owners take very good care of their guests. Rooms were very nicely prepared and everything is there that one would expect. Very safe parking and surroundings with an excellent sea view from our bedroom. Will definitely use Fairview again.

The friendliest two people run this beautiful and comfortable guest house. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Accommodation was excellent and the sea views incredible. Conveniently near the beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful 7 night stay at Fairview Guest House. Everything was as advertised and all the finer details were taken care of in the unit which was immaculate and well-serviced. We loved the fact that we could walk to the beach and that we could braai, cook our own meals or walk to a selection of good restaurants - whatever we felt like. Our hosts, Annette & Manfred, we’re friendly, helpful and made us feel at ease. Should we have the opportunity we would definitely stay at Fairview again and highly recommend it!
