Falaza did not disappoint. It was wonderful and the staff and food excellent. I would highly recommend.
Everything was great, except for the cleaning staff. They complained about being tired in front of us and they also complained about guests being needy.
Food and beverages manager an pleasure to work with. Reception not up to standard. Overpriced and sometimes outrageously expensive. Not much to do during the day. At the booking per day rate you would at least expect a game drive (which isn't all that) for free. Food was good but also overpriced. This forces one to supplement own drinks and food for the stay. Owners should check out other equally priced resorts for some tips. Beds for couples was a simple single bed combined situation.
