Modern, cozy and peaceful.
Slept so nice and quiet with an air conditioner in the room. The pool was a welcome relief after every hot day. Had a wonderful stay.
Guesthouse at Mediclinic.
The unit was new and spotlessly clean, and with secure parking. However, the swimming pool was cloudy (we really wanted a swim but couldn't face it). There was no soap in the soap dispensers at the basin and in the shower. Plates, cutlery, kettle, cups and a microwave oven are provided, but with no dishwashing facilities and no cooking equipment - clearly, all you can do is heat up a pizza. The place is for sale and managed by an off-site manager, which is probably the reason for the lapses. We would not go back there.
There are some small bugs like water pressure and the loadshedding made it very inconvenient. The owner is in the process of selling. Someone is running the place for him now.
We just want to let you know that the palm tree's branches are scratching on the roof and this is a disturbance. Other than that we had a nice stay. Thank you.

Can I just make a suggestion, can't there just be a place where you can hang your clothes, especially if you are just staying over for a wedding or church, then you just want to hang your clothes. A nice heel somewhere. Furthermore, the stay was pleasant.

We were still on our way when received a call from the owner confirming our accommodation is ready and waiting for us. Very friendly and very helpful. We arrived in a clean but tranquil atmosphere. There was no soap in the containers, rules of COVID 19 require that hands be washed regularly.
It was probably the best guest house/room we have ever experienced - spacious and comfortable and with a swimming pool for the heat.

Room was clean and tidy, I just waited a bit for the keys. Feel free to put some water or ice in the fridge, but other than that it wasn't bad. Would have liked if the restaurant was open like we thought.

It is the most beautiful place and so peaceful and well located. The service was great and it was well worth the money. From now on it will always be our overnight stop on the way to Bloemfontein.
Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort are unbeatable. The underfloor heating in bathroom is a nice surprise, restaurant on site is very nice. It's value for money.
I would suggest that if guests arrive at the guest house after hours, arrangements may be made with the staff at the restaurant to hand over the key for the guests. It was quite bad to arrive there and stop twice in front of a gate that has no indication that this is where the entrance to the guest house is. Maybe along with the sign from the hair salon there could also be just a sign stating that this is the entrance to the guest house. It was dark and the lighting very dim. We have no complaints about the room. Everything was clean, tidy and in working order.
