On the estate, it is important to drive slowly, bearing in mind the presence of children and animals. Speeding fines may be incurred for non-compliance, with a maximum speed limit of 30 km/hour on the roads. Additionally, please ensure that the black rubber mat is placed to protect the floor in front of the braai area and that the window blind nearest to the braai is rolled up while cooking.
Parking arrangements dictate that the garage is off-limits; however, ample secure off-road parking is available on the driveway.

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents. Furthermore, guests are urged to be considerate of neighbours, with quiet hours observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Parents are reminded not to leave children unsupervised, bearing full responsibility for their safety.
House-trained pets are welcome inside the property, but owners must clean up after them and prevent them from accessing furniture. Prior permission for pets is required before booking, and any pet-related damages will incur fees.
Before leaving the premises, guests must ensure all windows are closed, the property is securely locked, and the alarm is activated. Smoking indoors is prohibited, and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in provided ashtrays.
Any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment should be reported immediately for prompt repair or replacement. To prevent damage, guests are requested not to move furniture between rooms.
Should cleaning services be required during the stay, guests can make arrangements accordingly. Electronics should be turned off when leaving the house.
The rubbish collection takes place on Wednesdays; guests are asked to place the green rubbish bin at the end of the driveway on this day. Recycling can be placed separately in clear bin bags provided.
Lastly, guests are advised not to use soap or products on the black taps, as this may cause damage. Instead, a soft microfibre cloth and warm water are recommended for cleaning purposes.
No pets allowed.
