We were a group of 6 in 3 rooms. All the rooms were clean, tidy and all accessories needed were there. Although it was only 1 night, we had a great stay and slept well. We requested to check in early and it was no problem. Was kindly received and we can definitely recommend the place.
I would recommend Fig Tree Annex anytime. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and tidy. Nice for overnight. It is not self-catering, but there is enough space for coffee and tea as well as your own snacks.

Very friendly service from Ansa from arrival all the way to departure. Comfortable, neat and clean unit, with everything we could need. Quiet woodland atmosphere, perfect for rest and getting away from the city for a weekend. Next door is the Magalies Mountain Lodge and Spa.
We slept very well in the very beautiful tree and wooded place. Thanks also for the fresh milk and coffee in the room. The rooms were very nice clean and tidy. We would stay with them again anytime and they are at the top of the list to recommend to friends and family.

Was the ideal place for us to spend the night before the annual Om die Dam Ultra marathon race in Hartbeespoortdam. Friendly welcome and peaceful, quiet environment.
Friendly reception. Bruno, as we named the dog, first gave us a fright when we arrived, but after a while we realised he is just a gentle giant. The place is not hard to find if you do your homework beforehand, but a sign next to the road would help. Luckily Ansa gave us good directions. Would recommend this for an overnight stay if you're attending a wedding in the area.

It is an incredibly nice stay. Very neat. Just incredibly hard to find.
The owners, Daan and Ansa, went out of their way to accommodate us as comfortably as possible. There is a restaurant plus or minus 200 m away, which serves the most delicious meals. I recommend Fig Tree Annex to anyone who just wants to sleep over.

Clean and tidy, definitely value for money and perfect for a one night stay. Room 3's bed sleeps fantastically, towels nice and soft. However, would only suggest the following to Fig Tree Annex: 1) A small "bar fridge" would be nice; 2) Was difficult to find a place - the GPS coordinates only take you up to a point, then the cell phone signal is very weak to connect. There is only a small inconspicuous sign at the entrance - perhaps consider a larger obvious sign at the main road and entrance.
Beautiful, neat room. Perfect for one or two nights' stay, especially since it is so close to the venue where our friends got married. Thanks, we will stay here again when we're in the area!
The setting of Fig Tree Annex is beautiful. The room itself is lovely and very neat with more than enough space. The price is also very affordable and the service excellent. Me and my husband would definitely visit again.

The room had everything that we needed for one nights stay. We were very comfortable for our stay there.
In future put the location, no TV, no food and that it is in plots, I wouldn't have chosen the plot over other areas. It is just not my style.

Ansa was very friendly and waited for us when we got there. The place is very quiet and very close to the wedding venue we had to drive to. I would recommend the place for a night's sleep if you want to see the surroundings.

The owners were so hospitable. They invited me to watch the rugby with them. This is the perfect place to sleep over if you have a wedding to attend in the area - ridiculously cheap compared to other places in the area.
