Today our guest list includes corporate clients and tourists from local as well as international destinations. We are centrally situated 13 km from the O R Tambo airport, 3 km from the East Rand Mall Shopping Mall, with easy access to the N12 Johannesburg/Witbank highway, Emperor's Palace, Carnival City and many various shopping centers, restaurants and hospitals.

43 guests' feedbackWould just like a little more ventilation in the room. There is only a very small window in the bathroom that can be opened. In front there is only a sliding door without a safety door, so that you can keep it open.

I often stay at F&F for business and sometimes vacation. Friendly people and delicious food.
The chef and the reception lady/caretaker are really diamonds. They made us feel so at home. They also let us have a barbecue there with our family. We will definitely stay there again. The rooms are quite big and really worth it. The gardens are beautiful and everyone is so thoughtful. The place is avg.
My partner and I spent a night here and it was perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable room, bed slept great, warm and cuddly. The breakfast was also delicious and filling. The service in general was very good. Will definitely go again!

We spent our honeymoon night at Fin & Feather on 31 Oct 2020 and due to our pleasant stay, we again on our first anniversary decided to spend a night there. We had a very comfortable stay and great experience with the staff once again.

Guesthouse was a construction site, not nice at all to arrive there and only have workers all over the area. Feeling very unsafe.

We only stayed one night and arrived after 19:00. Fransie and Charlotte received us very kindly and the room was as it was shown to us on the website. It's a large, comfortable family room equipped with everything you need and more. We felt safe and even the parking space was spacious and secure behind locked gates. It's a few minutes from OR Tambo airport and close to several shopping centres. The staff is available 24 hours a day. We would stay there again anytime!
I had a lovely stay in a very comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Recommend the place anytime.

Clean and tidy accommodation. However, the facility needs some TLC. Bed in room 10 was very uncomfortable and slept in. The bedroom door does not want to open and close smoothly. Breakfast got so many good reviews from previous visitors but it was disappointing and really needs attention.

We stayed for four nights in July. No TV channels for children. Our room was extremely cold and we had to buy a heater. Lovely breakfast but dinner was a let down for the price.

Love the outdoor indoor set up. Spacious rooms with a view of the beautiful garden and pool set-up. We had a wonderful stay!
Positive - rooms are nice clean and tidy. linen very neat and clean. chef was very friendly and made an effort with breakfast. Negative - the rooms as on the quote were not kept as promised. only on arrival were we told that they did not have to hold the rooms if the deposit was not paid on time - this despite the fact that it was a large business booking and we confirmed that we did accept the quote and that the full amount will be paid to them once by our office. this resulted in two adult ladies getting a room with one double bed! On the initial quote we specifically asked for a room with 2 beds for 2 adults. After verbalizing our unhappiness, the lady gave them another room for 2 nights and on the 3rd night they had to move to another room. 2. If the person takes a shower in the next room, you cannot shower because the water flow is then very weak and freezing cold. Even if the room next door only flushes the toilet, your shower's water runs low. this is quite a problem because everyone gets up at about the same time in the morning. 3. There is a beautiful family of chickens, but the rooster gets up every morning at 02h30 and again at 04h30, which is not always so nice! 4. It can be quite cold in the winter and a heater in the room or even just an electric blanket would have been very welcome!
The staff at Fin & Feather are very professional, but also make you feel at home as in your own home. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Thank you, you are great! We will definitely come again.
