The second and third bedroom share a bathroom that has a family size shower, basin and toilet.
All rooms open onto the central living room adjacent to the kitchen; and main rooms open out onto tranquil garden spaces .
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering purposes with dishwasher, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave and old school filter coffee machine. The secure kitchen stoep is ideal for storing bikes and hiking equipment; the outside braai
The yard fence is secure for pets and small children with two gated driveways on either side of the house. The spreading lawn has oak and pecan trees providing plenty of shade to relax or play ball sports.
Guests have private access to all spaces in and around the house and yard. Hiking and biking are allowed on all farm roads but driving is allowed on access roads only.

What a wonderful gem among the mountains. Easy to get to, close to town and safe. Accommodation is perfect for a single to a large group or family. Create a feeling of warmth and calm in which one can relax and rest for sure, even if only for an evening.
We had a lovely stay at Fisaasbos se Huis with our 8-year-old son and active puppy. The house has everything you would need (and more) for a comfortable stay. Large lawns for kids and dogs to safely play on, large bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living spaces. Close enough to town and wine farms, but also remote enough to relax in the quietness of nature. The host was very helpful, check-in/out was simple and efficient. We will definitely be back in the future.
We are very satisfied with the stay. It was nice and spacious and clean and the view is beautiful. Although it is self catering, they left more than we expected for us to use. And was even available late at night for inquiries.

We have stayed in several guest houses in Tulbagh, but Fisaasbos definitely has the most beautiful location! You feel as if you could touch the Winterhoekberg, it is so close! Good value for money!

We were 4 adults and 4 small children (between 1 and 4 years old) who stayed at Fisaasbos. Cozy location against the breathtaking Winterberge with beautiful orchards visible everywhere. The yard was well fenced with a lovely large lawn where the children had a great time playing. The men went mountain biking and were in awe of how beautiful the surroundings are. The house itself had a real farmhouse feel (especially the kitchen). It is spacious, very homely and comfortably furnished. We will visit again for sure!
We often visit Tulbagh for a weekend. We have stayed at various guesthouses on farms around Tulbagh. Fisaasbos has the most beautiful location and the most convenient house. Will stay there from now on if it is available.
