The place was fine, however, the furniture is old, and the mattress should have been replaced a long time ago. The ceiling fan made a heavy noise and was not really workable. Other than that it was OK. I don't think I would recommend no 10 until the place gets revamped and issues sorted out.
I will definitely book there again, ideally located and tidy. All that may need attention are the roof fans, they make a terrible noise and look unstable.

Perhaps it should only be mentioned that no soap or small towel for hand washing is provided, and guests must provide their own. The garage is also very narrow and it is very difficult to get in and out of it. Furthermore, the stay was very pleasant.
The apartment was redone after we also moved in there in 2019 and is comfortable, clean and the lock-up garage is a big plus. The pool is literally 10 steps from the door. Only negative comment is the slight noise from the aircon units of the neighboring apartments and buildings. Can recommend anyone to book there with confidence.
Spacious enough for a large family. Lace curtain in main room and bedding could use some upgrading. Walls a little wax or paint.

The unit is child-friendly and has great proximity to the pool. I found the unit was very clean and neatly prepared for us. Also services daily, which we really appreciated. This is the 3rd time we have stayed and we thoroughly enjoy our stay each time. Yvonne is also so lovely and accommodating.

Flamboyant 10, is comfortably furnished, everything you need is there. Liked the hangout behind the apartment, private and had a nice barbecue there. Place is peaceful and quiet, ideally located in town with shops nearby.

Last year we stayed at no 17 and thought we were happy, but when we book the year at 10 we were blown away we give it 10/10. We were super, super happy with als and the fact that you have your own private braai area I give 15/10 we would definitely recommend it to anyone. We would just like to make a suggestion that the owners look into the ant problem, because you can't barbecue or pull your car into the garage without the ants attacking you. They don't just come into the apartment, but outside it's chaos, my son (almost 2 years old) also played in the soil of the garden by the private braai area and the ants even made a nest deep inside the soil. Furthermore, we are more than happy and will definitely use it again, because we prefer St Lucia as a holiday destination.
Location is excellent as you are within walking distance of all that you need like restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and other shops.

The accommodation is well equipped (bring your own salt, pepper and bottle opener) for self-catering accommodation. The unit is centrally located in St Lucia with secure parking. We really enjoyed it and the air conditioning was a big plus. Will stay there again.

Just love St Lucia. There is so much to do. Cape Vidal is one of the best snorkeling and swimming beaches in SA. The Umfolozi Park always produces good sightings.

Flamboyant is in the center of town next to Spar and yet wonderfully quiet, private and safe. The service was excellent and the lock-up garage contributed to total peace of mind. The beaches have also improved a lot and are safer than before.
The accommodation's location was a welcome surprise, but unfortunately we can't say the same of the lagoon. The pool was a nice cool place and was also very clean. The lock-up garage was a great reassurance. We enjoyed it very much.
Was suitable for people with wheelchairs, was very quiet. Linen was regularly replaced. Had a very nice stay and fully equipped.

The complex is safe and peaceful.
Apartment has nice air conditioning and looks exactly like in the photos. The daily service is excellent and very reliable, although it is stopped on public holidays. The pool is beautiful and well maintained! Had a great swim every day. All you need in the kitchen would recommend an upgrade on the crockery. Rooms nice and spacious with lots of cupboards, ceiling fans that work well. Would also recommend an upgrade on bedding as all the white covers were clearly stained. Delicious, private braai area was really the highlight. Would recommend the stay! We had a wonderful holiday with our 2 year old. The caretaker is also easily available and very helpful! We weren't sorry, and you won't be either!

Dis so moeilik om ons ervaring op te som. Dit was fantasties! Die eenheid was regtig so gerieflik ingerig. Ek het twee klein kindertjies en tot my verbasing was dit kindervriendelik. Alles wat jy nodig het is daar. Die eenheid laat 'n mens tuis en gemaklik voel. Dis nie fancy nie, maar tog is dit baie modern en stylvol. Die swembad is so mooi omhein en dit het gelukkig my 3-jarige seuntjie daar uitgehou. Die swembad se water was silwerskoon en die tuin netjies. Dit is sentraal geleë en nie eens 'n honderd meter van Spar af nie. 'n Mens is privaat en dis so rustig in die kompleks. Ek sal nie eers daaraan dink om by 'n ander plek te bespreek nie. En 'n groot pluspunt is dis sakpas. Die diens en eenheid is baie meer werd as wat mens daarvoor betaal.
Accommodation was quiet and quiet, pool was neat and clean, and shops were just around the corner. We really enjoyed it, sorry that the weekend was so short, otherwise we stayed longer, I would recommend the place to anyone. Just keep room for us if we want to go again.

It was very nice, safe and comfortable.
Quiet place, guests very friendly except people in no.13 who kept complaining to the caretaker about children playing in the pool. Caretaker fusses with children but can't talk to parents. They should set up rules at the pool that everyone knows you can't jump in the pool, then I'd rather book another place where kids can enjoy themselves.

Good value for money.
I was very grateful that our accommodation was ready early as we arrived unexpectedly early and just wanted to rest for a bit before exploring further.
Although the unit was clean, it is in dire need of tender, loving, care. For a 2-bedroom unit that sleeps 6, the cupboards had no hangers whatsoever. At least 1 small cake of soap would have been appreciated. The lights outside the front door and the back door did not work.
A very quiet and comfortable space for you and your family to spend a few days in. Safe and out of the way of mainstream traffic.
I just want to point out a few issues. The lounge suite is really old and dirty, the fan in the second bedroom only has one speed. The shower really needs an upgrade. There is dirt everywhere - door, walls and windows. The microwave shelf is going to fall off.
The flatlet needs some maintenance done. Nice place to go to as it's quiet and remote.
Other than that, the place is clean and neat. Just too small for 6 people.

There are some bugs in Flamboyant 10 that need fixing. The sofas are old, the cabinet in the bathroom needs replacing. The microwave oven rack needs to be reinforced. The back door's mesh is broken.

Always have a good time there, have been going every October for 5 years. Place interior can be upgraded, looks exactly the same for 5 years. Love aircon and DStv. Nice place.
Fan in living room does not have blades. Fan in master bedroom's fan blades are blackened with rubbish. Freezer's rubbers are black with mold. Living room set is so dirty you have to throw a blanket or sheet over it to sit. Will never stay there again.

We enjoyed the stay a lot, people were hospitable and willing to help, perfect area within walking distance from everything that you need and very safe. I am already planning my next getaway and will definitely make use of and recommend Flamboyant 10.
It's the nicest place ever, a bit windy in August, but the weather was still nice. You are surrounded by restaurants and are right next to the Spar, garage, bottle store and laundromat. You can walk from here to all the places on the main street. Would definitely want to stay here again and people come and clean the place every day if you hang the sign on the door saying "Service" and nothing gets lost while you're not there.
Flamboyant 10 is well equipped and had the nicest bedding. The complex and pool are in very good condition and are cleaned daily. Will definitely visit again. Receptionist was very unfriendly.

Very nice place, well-equipped but no privacy. The cleaners ignore the signs if you don't want them to clean. Everything is moved around when you're not there.
