Lovely place. The place was exactly what I saw in the pictures. Definitely coming back.
The unit has everything you need, the location is comfortable and allows you to visit everything in the area on foot. The swimming pool is very comfortable. Secure parking area, garages are unfortunately very small, large vehicles struggle to get in.

On arrival the place was clean and tidy as usual. We were offended by the shower's glass being cracked, but there was already a crack in it. Couch in the TV room is bitterly uncomfortable; the springs press in your back. Hot tap in bathroom sink has no hot water. Everything has already been reported. Other than that, everything was more than adequate.
Furniture very uncomfortable. Bed and sleeper couch not good, 2 of the 3 mugs rims has some form of cracks, had to buy my own. Stove trips when you switch off the front left plate. Fridge deep freeze bottom draw faulty. Broken cracked chairs at swimming pool should be replaced, very dangerous. Where not supplied with WiFi details. Definitely not value for money.

Thank you very much for the air conditioner and ceiling fans in the unit. It was very welcome in the heat. The unit was beautifully clean and tidy. Very cute place and liked the garage for our vehicle as well. The unit is conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Thank you very much, we will recommend Flamboyant 17 to our family and friends.

Centrally located, clean and tidy. The service was excellent. The garage is just very narrow, you struggle to drive in and out.

All that bothered us when we got there was that no one was there to receive us or tell us where to get the key. I first had to look up a number and was then informed that the key had to be collected from another complex.
The unit is cosy for 2 people. Great location, you can walk to several eating places, Spar and bottle store on your doorstep. Very quiet and peaceful. The only problem we had was with Liquor City who's security alarm kept on going off periodically for no reason and was ignored by the owner/manager. The body corporate also took it up with the owner, but unfortunately I had a few nights that I did not sleep well and battled to fall asleep several times. Hopefully the matter will be addressed.
The location is excellent. We could walk everywhere we wanted to be. The place is small, but that's all you need. Nice neat and clean.
I had a wonderful time. Neat rooms, peaceful and at the price we paid, I didn't think we would have cleaning services, but we had.

It was cleaned every day. Maybe attention could be paid to safety, the outside gate is always open and the garage door cannot close. Thank you very much for the clean and comfortable stay.

The view from the apartment porch door is fixed in the garages. The porch is small and slopes downwards, when it rains you get wet. The plastic chairs you have to sit on are broken, very weak. The braaiers are around the corner in the corridor and in the passage to the other apartments where you have to stand out of the way so that passers-by can pass by. The sofa in the living room is of poor quality. The boards press into your body when you sit on them.

We have no complaints about Flamboyant 17. Aunt Ria is so friendly and helpful. As a power substation gave problems, she went out of her way to make it comfortable for us. Our stay was very nice. the air conditioner was a blessing in the hot weather, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We will definitely use the accommodation again. Suggestion: a mop and a scoop for the floor would be appreciated as we have a 9 month old mess.
Got more than we expected for the price. Very comfortable, close to shops and restaurants. The pool was a bonus. Very grateful for the air conditioner.
Enjoyed our stay very much, apartment is well equipped. Power problems in St. Lucia coupled with load shedding were sometimes unpleasant. Owner may consider installing assistance system for lights, fan and TV.

The location of the apartment allows you to walk to all restaurants and shops on the main street. We were kindly welcomed by Ria and she also made an effort to familiarize us with the loadshedding schedule. The place is nice, but it doesn't bother you if you are out all day, although there is little storage space with only one hanging cupboard in the room. I would strongly recommend that a small trash can be placed in the bathroom and that the apartment be thoroughly cleaned, including the "mold" that is in the shower and the floors.
Place is well located, right next to the braai and pool. Safe. Cleaned every day, place is ideal for 2 people. Very comfortable, very quiet and nice.

Accommodation was nice, except for guests in number 13 who complained about everything. And then the caretaker talks to children, doesn't have the guts to talk to parents. Would rather look for a place next time where kids can enjoy themselves in a pool without sour tubers moaning about everything. If you can't take the laughter of children, stay at home instead.
Was helpful with problem regarding DStv. Apartment neat and clean on the surface, but not necessarily hygienic.

Walls dirty, fans loose and unsafe, kettle trips the power all the time, TV remote broken and never replaced. What a struggle to get the TV going. The sleeper couch in lounge was full of sand when we arrived. Manager was unfriendly when we enquired about TV remote. WiFi was available at all the other units.
It's a very nice unit. We stayed comfortably. It might be important to take your own knife to cut your meat or vegetables, there wasn't a sharp knife. The sofas are comfortable but it can be cramped. It's a shame the unit faces the street, and it's no longer private, because sitting would be nice to be able to sit outside and drink coffee or eat. It's a nice unit for 2 people, but it would be uncomfortable if you take children with you. Also, it might be good to keep a mop in the unit so that the floor can be washed because after cooking the floor is greasy and sticky. Unfortunately we did not get cleaning services the first 3 days. Furthermore, the place is close to the shop so it is easy to go and buy things that are needed for a meal. Also, the braai is neat and located close to the unit. It was a nice getaway and very peaceful.

The fact that the control of the accommodation is not on the premises makes it difficult to get or hand over keys, as well as to report things that don't work and get them repaired.
On our arrival there was a moment of annoyance when we went to collect the key and had to ring the bell twice and had a fair kill reception. The elderly lady was visibly annoyed by the ringing of the bell and did not try to hide it. Maybe you can make the bell audible to the operator? Upon unlocking the unit, all annoyance was over and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, clean, tidy unit. Furniture and all accessories are not the cheapest available and bundled together. Air conditioner, lovely hot water, crisp bedding and general condition of everything contributed to a lovely, peaceful time that was over all too soon. Problems with the TV reception were also not a dampener at all, who comes to watch TV anyway when you come to rest. Thanks folks for a value for money accommodation experience. Book your break here.
