Our 3rd time there and as always very neat and comfortable. New beds, thank you very much! (Next time maybe Queen or King size as a replacement, it will make the stay even more enjoyable!)
The place was very neat and well equipped. It is also walking distance to most shops. They have provided for power outages. There was also a lock up garage to park your car in.
We had a very nice overnight stay. Flamboyant 7 is very well and centrally located.

The place is very comfortable. It is well equipped with everything a holiday accommodation needs. It's the 2nd time my husband and I have visited Flamboyant and will definitely visit again.
Unit is located in the middle of town and was exceptionally clean, bear in mind the accommodation and stores are on top of each other so one can expect noises from large cooling equipment from adjacent restaurants etc, but still a wonderful place.
The area was absolutely perfect for those few odds and ends that you didn't have or forgot, and if you wanted a view of the local nightlife and restaurants.
Well located, modern place to stay. Had a great stay. No problems. 10 out of 10.
Braai area could improve with a light near the braai, tree could be pruned, humidity bad at braai area, workers chit chat early in the morning in front of one's room window around 6 o'clock, and with weedeater work etc. But otherwise 200% satisfied. Pool was 100% clean and a good feature for the heat.

The stay was perfect. Pity about all the load shedding when the AC then did not work.
The knives need to be replaced, no towels in the room, and the bedding is old and full of marks, upside is the stay there was great and a small braai area was good.
It's neatly laid out with only the most necessary items for vacation. The freezer for the meat is tops. The pool brought good relief after a hot day. "Fit for purpose".
Have a nice rest in the evenings. The village is still quite. The lake, swimming area and parks need to be restored as they were 30 years ago.
It was very unfortunate that the aircon was not working and even more disappointing that it was not attended to for our stay.
Bedding had a few stains and we weren't kept up to date about the water issue the area experienced. Bathroom and kitchen light are connected and not seperated even though there are two light switches. Would have appreciated being kept up to date on the water shortage. . Otherwise very comfortable.
What a beautiful town and wonderfully peaceful time spent there on the last few days of our holiday.

Definitely the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in in years. Modern, neat, clean, open feeling. Well appointed.
We really like the stay. This is now the 2nd time we stay there. But the DStv channel is a problem. You cannot cut with the steak knives. And our van didn't fit in the garage. It was open all the time. Other than that we had a nice stay. Close to all the nice places to eat. And I think the owners should please. the load shedding schedule gives one if you stay there, it is quite important.
St Lucia is a beautiful quite holiday destination to relax in. Flamboyant is situated centrally and is also a safe area for holidays. Will use this area again.

My wife and I enjoyed our 2 night stay over. The unit was spotless and comfortable and perfect for us. Met all our requirements and so close to everything.
So many things to do. 5 days is too little. From fishing, parks, wildlife, Mission Rocks, Cape Vidal and many more. St. lucia is a must visit.
Would have been much better if there were towels. But a great little place.
Accommodation was neat and clean on the surface, but the toilet was dirty and definitely needs cleaning products such as Domestos/Toilet Duck etc. in the future. Cleaners' venue was right next to no. 7 and made noise in the early morning which was a disturbance. Mattress of double bed was very uncomfortable and definitely needs to be replaced. Security gate was open day and night and we felt unsafe.

There aren't really words to describe this outstanding place. You don't need anything more. This is the best place that I've seen in a long time that is also exactly like the photos. I will stay there again in the future. There is no other place for me in St Lucia.
Was baie netjies en mooi.
My wife's first words when we walked in were, "It doesn't happen often, but the place looks just like the photos." Flambojant 7 is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, the shower is large with ample water pressure and hot water and everything works just as it should. There was enough cutlery for 4 people, we only needed a cutting board, can opener and grill. The braai area is private and cozy at the back of the unit. The pool was clean and there is a garage next to the unit for guests' use in which we could store our bikes. The "armed response" vehicle was parked right next to the entrance so we never felt that safety was a problem. The unit was cleaned every day and a lost item was returned to the office. The hostess even offered to mail it to me, for which I am very grateful. Flambojant is on the high street, right next to the Spar and within easy walking distance of the eateries and other places of interest. It may be a bit too far for the average person to walk to the beach, but within a 5 minute drive you can choose from the ample parking to get to the refreshing, pure white beaches. For the adventurous, snorkelling at Cape Vidal and the mountain bike trail in iSimangaliso are a must. This was our first visit to St Lucia, but certainly not our last. Fortunately, there is no doubt about our first choice of accommodation for the next time.
Me, my wife and 9 year old son had a very comfortable visit. Unit was very neat and clean. Same as in the pictures. The lady who came to clean every day was great. We really had a great time and enjoyed our holiday. Only problem was that there was no DStv as advertised, only OpenView. I inquired, but did not feel the feedback was sufficient. We could have been notified. Furthermore, I can really recommend the place.

I took my wife St Lucia to our 10th wedding anniversary and it was incredible! The accommodation was superbly located, close as well. The unit was clean and the aircon helped a lot. I am already planning my next visit this time together with our children.

Wonderful destination to visit. Only setback was that upon arrival there was no power or any form of network reception in the whole town until just after midnight. This made things very difficult in terms of cooking (no gas available) and also in terms of safety (couldn't let any family at home know that we reached our destination safely). The complex was also pitch black. In our current state, a generator is important to be able to at least keep the basic necessities in working order, e.g. fridge that was off for more than 12 hours, so milk was sour the next day. We also couldn't get any form of communication through the night in terms of an idea of what time the power would come back on.

Our stay at Falmboyant 7 Holiday Flats was wonderful and amazing! The flat was newly renovated and had everything we needed. Clean and neat and we had cleaning services everyday. I would recommend staying there when you in the location. I would definitely go back again.

The unit is well located and close to everything in the village. Nice and private with its own braai area and lock-up garage right next to the unit. It is spacious enough for 2 people, but also has a sofa bed extra. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Attractively decorated with full DStv. No towels. Close to shop and restaurants. No lock up parking area.
Poor maintenance. E.g. Shower door stuck, shower light o/c, loose plugs in walls. Wake up to clean. No rear exterior light. Paint shell on. Refrigerator door rack leaks. Real shortage of food in kitchen. Not even a breadboard. Mop and bucket are permanently left in bathroom. Bathroom door swollen and won't close. Faucet in bathroom, sink, leaking water.

We had a very nice stay. The one thing that bothered me is that the pool gate didn't latch easily and so everyone left it open all the time. Not fun with a 2 year old.
It had been a very nice weekend, the accommodation was top for me and it is in the middle of the Main Street so you can walk around the town.
We were warmly received. The apartment is clean and tidy, well equipped with everything you need. It's located on the main street and close to all the restaurants etc. The garage is too small for a large vehicle and the shirt that is left open all day leads to concern. Overall, our visit there was very nice.

Flamboyant is a peaceful holiday apartment. Located in the middle of the main street and therefore easily accessible to most of the restaurants.
Accommodation is value for money, shower needs renovation as it sprays out incredibly little water, check in staff could work on their hospitality as they came across as incompetent and garage is too small so a Hilux does not fit in and the vehicle had to be left outside without any form of safety as the gate is permanently open.
