We were a group of 4 to play the SAS Nationals Bowls Tournament. We had a couple of specific needs, and these were accommodated with no problem. Facilities are wonderful, with a washing machine and dishwasher to use. The lovely little extras, like a Nespresso coffee machine was a bonus. Excellent facilities and highly recommended. Secure and safe behind a boomed area.

The cottage is private, very neat, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is located in a nice, safe neighborhood with shopping centers that can be reached within a few minutes by car. was very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again anytime.

The Host went beyond and above to make sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The house had everything we could have asked for and more in a beautiful neighbourhood centralized to everywhere you could possibly want to visit. The security at the entrance and extremely friendly and are willing to help you out with a smile on their face. I would highly recommend this accommodation, it was perfect.

After a nightmare stay before this one - we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness, and the accommodation had everything you could possibly need, as well as security and privacy!
The kitchen was very well-equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. There are some nice restaurants in the area, which is a plus. The garden is also well-kept and cute.
The hostess with the mostest - Cindy. What a grand welcome to her lovely property. As ticked in all the boxes - value for money. We needed a weekend away and randomly opted for Gauteng. Best decision in a long time - everything worked beautifully, and we were absolutely thrilled with the location. Wish we had stayed longer but the time spent was what we needed to recharge. Perhaps a little chart of places of interest is what I would suggest? The locals know best and also distances from the location would be a value-added product. Aside from this, well done on your hospitality!

However, there is a good bit of shed in the rooms downstairs - if you’re the type that loves some sunlight. It is a quiet place.

We've finally found our home away from home. Best guesthouse in the Fourways area. Second time in 6 weeks and everything is perfect!
Flamink Place met all our expectations and more for our family weekend. A lovely, spacious cottage, with a well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the feeling of safety in the small gated community.

The place is great, quiet neighbourhood, safe, mall and shops are about 5 km (which is not that far). All I can say is keep it up, I would definitely stay here in the future.

Coming from the countryside, the city is very intimidating. Safety is always the first priority and that is what we felt at Flamink Place, safe. The rooms were spacious enough for a family of four with children. The facilities were clean and tidy. We were kindly received and properly informed about the residence (something that is important for parents with children). We enjoyed our privacy and would definitely recommend it.
We were looking for a place to stay and Flamink Place was around the corner from where we wanted to be. Cindy kindly met us and explained and showed us everything. For us it was very convenient with two small children and for sure value for money. Would have liked to stay longer. Finally, the beds were some of the nicest we've ever slept on in a guest house. The unit is tasteful and fully equipped with treats such as electric blankets and soft throws which were so welcome in the cold. The master bedroom is spacious and tasteful with great quality linen and beds. Unit was silver clean. The hostess was very friendly and we immediately felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and there was more than enough coffee, milk and sugar. It is also very safe.

The cottage is very spacious, well equipped and clean. The hosts are friendly went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would recommend Flamink place for a couple or small family looking for a quiet and secure place.

We were very impressed with the place, large kitchen/dining room/living room downstairs with neat furniture, full DStv, etc. Place is really comfortable and safe and we had a great stay. Room also well furnished and little one just slept on sofa, very comfortable with lots of blankets and nice pillows. Will definitely use again in the future.
