The TV and Openview decoder are set up in the kitchen. There are no folding chairs to sit on if you want to watch TV. Recommend that it be moved to one of the rooms. Modern radio available but, no 3-prong plug was attached.

The owners were warm and friendly. Accommodation was clean and modern and we had the best location - a quick walk to the beach and shops in central Jeffreys Bay. Vibey atmosphere. Parking was also safe and close to one's room window. We will go back!

The accommodation was clean and tidy and sufficient for what we needed it for the 2 nights. Kriszandra was very friendly and went out of her way to help us with accommodation.

Self-catering on the web says it's 2 bedrooms for 4 people. That is not the case, the second bedroom is an interleading room to the main bedroom and not private at all as only a sliding door between rooms and the main room has to go through that room to get to the bathroom so no privacy. Kitchen only provides for 2 people to sit as only 2 chairs provided. Coming into the kitchen the floor was a mess with sand or dirt that had not been cleaned by previous tenants! I have photos of the knife and fork caddy that have not been cleaned in forever. we had to was almost everything we wanted to use in the kitchen! Glasses, cups, plates cutlery were sticky and some were cloudy from I don't know how it was washed looked like they had only been wiped with a cloth and not seen soapy water at all. I was in room 3 which was in the main building and with a coffee station on the landing, oh my. Loadshedding was on and I was going to make coffee but was deterred by not being able to use the kettle. When the lights came on I saw that the cups had had the same treatment as the cups and all downstairs in the self-catering wiped not washed. If the rooms are serviced was told becaue of covid, not service! what nonsense covid is dead and buried and still using it as an excuse not to service rooms but then was added if we want service it will be an extra R200 per day and on the day we got there it had gone up by R50? Shower mat was another issue had to ask for a dry mat as the previous person had wet it but not their fault as that was the nature of the shower just a plastic curtain that is ill-fitting and messy! Shampoo and shower gel are supplied well if one 10 ml bottle will be the provided for all that come to shower, as that was all the was supplied in the shower for all the rooms that is poor show, I was told on more than one occasion when I complained about dirty mugs, spoons and wet carpet I must realize they are full and I must be tolerant as people upstairs leave thing dirty! Will never promote this place it's horrible! Did you do inspection before you let them on your site? I was never so embarrassed in my hole life as I was then. Invited my sisters and their husbands to the Eastern Cape to celebrate my baby sisters overcoming her colon cancer and the deciding to scatter our parents ashes at the same time. The sister and her husband that were suppose to share the self-catering had a breakdown and when they arrived a day later decided that it was just too in their space to sleep in the same space as the other sister and booked in another resort saving grace as we actually had a place where we could visit together as a family 5 sister and our husbands.

"Extremely bad experience!"

The beds still have the old spring-type mattresses, and all night long you have to choose which spring you are going to sleep on! The shower has no place to put your soap, shampoo etc. to put down, and you just have to put it down on the wall in front of the shower. The sink didn't have a plug, and I had to use one of the pots just to shave! When I arrived, the fridge wasn't on yet, so no ice either. There is no TV either!
