It is a nice unit and well equipped. However, the hot water tap in the shower was marked in blue which left me tripping around in the cold. Also very nice.

Have a nice time. Place was very close to the caravan park, so it's a perfect place to stay if everyone is camping, but you don't necessarily feel like camping.
We really enjoyed the visit at Fonteinhutte Self-catering Apartments. Als is comfortably furnished. The green lawns make it ideal for hanging out outside on a nice day. Children can also play outside and safely for them.

All in all a nice stay. I was only there to fish. The place is clean.The neighbours were a bit rowdy, but to be fair by 22:00 the music was toned down. Although Fonteinhutte does say, you must bring own bedding, I don't quite understand their logic of, bring own dish washing liquid. First time I've seen and experienced this. But all in all still a nice location and stay.
The weekend was great with family, but just make sure your sinks work 100%. Think it's clogged, otherwise everything is okay.
2 things that might bother you, the sink plugs are too small, water drains away quickly, so you waste a lot of water. Shower wall high, very difficult for older persons to get in and out of the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fonteinhutte, it's really safe here. Everyone is friendly and greets. It's so close to the sea and there is a lovely park for the children to play at. We will definitely be returning next year.
Our cottages were very clean and well equipped. We all had a good time together and hung out late into the evening. The children had a safe place to play and the sea and a nice restaurant were just around the corner. There were 35 of us together and we decided as one man that we would definitely come back again. Thank you Fountain Huts!

The units have everything you need. It is clean and more than adequate for a holiday by the sea.
Blasoppie, the unit we got, sleeps 5 as advertised, but is in no way suitable for 4 adults, provided it is a family with very small and quiet children. Maybe for singles or young people who don't mind being so narrow minded, but definitely not for parents and 2 18 year old teenagers. The braai place is tucked into the corner of a narrow corridor, it feels like a bus ride and only the braai can stand in front of the fire. Perhaps the unit's dimensions should only be specified on the ad. The complex itself is very neat and tidy and the office staff are very helpful and provide excellent customer service.

Don't hide the braai grid behind the kitchen door! It caused us to unnecessarily buy a new one at an exorbitant price. The whole weekend was fantastic. The only think was lacked was a beach umbrella. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend.

The apartment needs a bit of a revamp. Microwave is a safety risk, but otherwise comfy.
The units have everything you need. It wa quiet even though 40 "biker' checked in. Our unit didn't have a sea view but if you pay a bit more you can stay in the front row. We really enjoyed it and we will be back!
