62 guests' feedbackIdeal accommodation for a group of people as well as for a couple. Enjoyed the stay and the staff is very friendly. Thank you very much for all your effort.
Excellent service received.
Foreva Wild is a neat and beautiful getaway place in the wild, especially if you want privacy and peace. The hosts and staff made the stay even more pleasant. I will definitely visit again.
Service from staff was excellent and the hostess was very friendly. She makes you feel very much at home.
Foreva Wild is well located within Denokeng. The view from the living unit's veranda is very well placed to offer maximum of nature from the comfort of your couch. I will definitely recommend them. Game drives can easily be arranged from there.
A very peaceful and quiet place. Relaxed atmosphere.
We were unfortunately only there for one night, but would definitely like to stay longer in the future. Was very nice and very beautiful. Staff had been extremely friendly and warmly welcomed.
It was a huge disappointment. First, trash cans in the room were not emptied and the refrigerator was not working. Then people moved into the next room, snoring incredibly, but we made the best of it. We are woken up at 10:00pm only to be told if we are bothered, only to be woken up again at 6:30am to be told if we have booked a game drive.
Accommodation is great and staff are extremely helpful.
We really enjoyed it, everything you need, wildlife like giraffes just sitting on the porch and watching.
The pictures look much nicer than it actually was. All the nice photo facilities are there, but when we got there none of the sails had been opened, no cushions had been put out on the outside chairs, everything was closed and "dead" if you can put it that way. I assume because there weren't many people, but when you pay for a place, I expect the service to be provided regardless. We requested that the boma be lit for the evening when we returned (very much looking forward to it), when we returned it was just pitch dark with nothing going on. We then asked if we could make the boma, we were then told that no bomas may be made in Dinokeng at the moment, which I just know was nonsense. The service which is friendly, but again, one pays for what is promised. So we won't be going back.
We had a great time relaxing at Foreva Wild. The staff and hostess received us kindly. The room in which we were at home was equipped with everything needed to spend a wonderful time there.
Self-catering facilities are totally inadequate - no dishwashing facility (sink), no cooking facilities (stove). No lunch or dinner on offer. The air conditioner spits out its heat in the already overheated stoep where the attempt of a kitchen is. Staff did well and the breakfasts were good. Regarding the reserve, the promise of seeing the big 5 is false. The reserve has been sold to approximately 100 resorts with many roads behind gates or marked 'residents only'. Getting up at 04:00 in the hope of seeing some big game proved fruitless.
It was a first visit to Dinokeng in general and we were extremely surprised to be able to live in such an excellent place to stay for a few days in the heart of the bushveld. It is extremely private, quiet and peaceful and clean and tidy at all times. Privacy is respected every minute! Animals were plentiful in the area and even next to Foreva Wild's own fence we could observe animals in the early morning and late afternoon. In the evening a fire is lit outside in the boma area which creates an incredibly cozy atmosphere. The roads are also in very good condition and the nearby shops have all the necessities that seem to be needed. I would recommend Foreva Wild Resort to anyone who needs to switch off and be peaceful. The view from your veranda-stoep section is a big advantage, we could have a barbecue there ourselves, close our stoep when we wanted and still experience the unspoilt nature outside through the little window! I can recommend it to anyone and give the resort, management and staff and the breakfast, a 10 out of 10 for our total time there.
Good location, it was a lovely B&B and was fun listening to nature and zipping around. All that was bad was that there is no water when there is loadshedding, but luckily we were informed of that on our arrival.
It was a quiet and relaxing break away. Very clean and comfortable stay with everything you need to your dispose. Staff made us feel welcome and important and prepared very good food. I will definitely visit them again.
Very friendly and helpful service - would love to go again.
Magical and beautiful. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The whole place was tastefully decorated and our room was spotless. It is a semi-self catering venue and our breakfasts were delicious (when the hostess learned that I don’t eat meat - she prepared a special plate filled with nuts and dried fruit). The place is eco-friendly and Covid-19 compliant. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon.
Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed the weekend.
It's a great place for family. We had enough family time. Comfortable rooms. Above all, great staff willing to assist with everything. Play area for kids wás clean and safe.
Everything was good. Thank you.
We enjoyed the weekend. We were informed about all developments and the service was friendly and thorough. The room was always nice and clean and the surroundings clean and lovely.
Excellent service. I see it is given a 3 star accommodation. Disagree, I think they should definitely get another star. 4 star is more appropriate. The rooms are neat and comfortable, the patio that can open or close to the outside is definitely a bonus that gives you a sense of space with privacy. The picnic basket that was packed for us was far beyond expectations as was the dinner that we received on Saturday night with the barbecue. We will definitely go back again.

Delicious breakfast. Very good customer service, friendly and helpful.
The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The food was restaurant quality and very, very tasty!
Upon arrival we were greeted kindly and taken to our room. We were there alone and it felt so comfortable because everyone was so helpful. The DStv sports channel could not be received in the room, but there was a large screen in the living room. Would love to have large cups to drink my coffee in. Breakfast was really tasty. Will visit Foreva Wild again, except for the bad dirt highway it was worth it. Thank you.
Very nice and neat place. Will definitely visit again.
We had a great stay. Since we arrived, we had incredible hospitality. The rooms are big and the location is perfect. It's definitely worth a visit.
What an incredibly fun weekend. It is truly a lovely and cozy lodge, and I would go back again anytime. The food excellent and we were spoiled with a private dinner on Saturday evening on our balcony where we could enjoy the silence and good food. Thank you very much for all the hospitality and the pampering.
It was lovely.
There are many positive aspects about Foreva Wild; viz. friendly staff, cleanliness, above average finish and good decor throughout; always felt safe, never worried about anything going missing, we played pool which we really enjoyed, the place is very quiet and extremely peaceful, we really enjoyed the game drive, the air conditioning in the room worked exceptionally well , good quality food (both breakfast and dinner), the romantic dinner is really worth it. I have to give a special shout out to Judy, she is an absolute star and deserves a raise. If I start a guest house one day, she will be number one on my list of staff to hire. She was absolutely involved in everything. She received us very kindly, prepared our romantic dinner table exceptionally well, served excellent breakfast and attended to every other need without hesitation. A special staff member! However, there are a few things that will need attention. WiFi was too weak to use. The air conditioning in the bar area was not working which made playing pool a bit unbearable. There is a beautiful double shower, but basically you showered in cold water the whole time. There is a picture that explains how to get hot water, if you apply that trick you get lukewarm water for 10 seconds and then only cold water. The cold water shower soured our stay a bit and was not a nice experience. There are also no shelves in the shower to put soap or shampoo on. Overall, the room does not have enough surfaces to put anything down. There is also no refrigerator inside the room. There is a closet on the patio with room for a fridge and even power for it, but no fridge. A bit odd at this price. The patio was also too hot to use during the day in the summer, a fan might help. There were no glasses, only two cups. The first night we had no DStv at all, at least it recovered the second day. Despite all this we still enjoyed the experience, but if some of the things above are not fixed we are not sure at this point if we will return. If it is put right, it will be a special place and I believe it will be fully booked every weekend. Little things make a big difference!

We had a very nice stay, it was quiet and the rooms were neat.
I recommend everyone to sleep at Foreva Wild when you arrive in Dinokeng. Very nice place, very nice staff - take very good care of you. Breakfast is just as delicious. Rooms are very neat.
Room has fantastic amenities. I would have everything outside (as advertised) neat and clean.
Not too far to drive. Very friendly, costs could be less and options on the menu more varied.
Not what it said it was. No wine cellar. Doesn't look like in photos.
Definitely not like on the brochure. Room next to reception was noisy. The room next to us had kids that were crying constantly. Manager was not very helpful. Only positive was the food. Excellent chef!
The reception was very welcoming. The service and staff were outstanding. The cleanliness of the rooms were immaculate. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The advice given by the staff made our self drive very memorable. The owner of the lodge was always available if any need arose. I would definitely recommend Foreva Wild to anyone that enjoys the outdoors.
The staff is awesome and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
We attended a wedding in the area and only slept over one night, but wish we could've stayed longer. The rooms were fantastic and luxurious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much to Bianca that welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home.
Beautiful place! Excellent service!
Spoiled by the staff. Comfy rooms and delicious food.
We would describe it as comfortable. Food average. Service good and friendly. Not a wow experience.
Had a great time relaxing, would highly recommend. They will see us again soon.
Booked a short 'safari break' for my daughter and her family visiting from the UK. Bianca and her staff at Foreva Wild really went out of their way to make the visit memorable. The accommodation was spotless, the rooms perfect and the meals fantastic. The staff could not do enough to ensure that the visit was 100 %. The game drives organised by Bianca were beyond belief. Rachael and 'co.' haven't stopped taking about the experience since their return to Jo'burg. To think that this was only an hour's drive from there. Bianca even ensured that the weather was great. Thanks for that Solly! All in all, I would really and I mean really recommend Foreva Wild.
The accommodation was lovely. We arranged beforehand that we would eat ther on the Friday evening but the person on duty wasn't aware of it. She warmed something up for us quickly (we reckon it was the stew that was left from the previous meal) but still paid full price for it. The guests who were in the room next to us on Saturday were quite loud which made me think they could do something about soundproofing it. A few practical recommendations for the rooms: a loose little table or bar infront of the mirror and also in the bathroom would help alot. No space to put anything down (such as bags, toiletries etc.). Just had a back operation and suddenly you become aware of how much you have to bend down to the floor. These really aren't complaints, just a few recommendations.
Self-catering is not allowed, but dinners are not served if there are not enough guests. So, where should you eat? Driving around in strange places looking for dinner in the dark? Same with lunch. I left a day earlier, was prepared to pay the full amount, but then they argued with me about the total outstanding amount. She wanted to charge a large amount, but there is a discount applicable for long booking. There was no invoice available when I checked out. Haven't received one to date.
Beautiful rooom, wonderful double shower and large patio with doors. The staff was amazing, thanks Mickey and Bianca and the rest of the staff. They kindly provided a camping cot for the baby and served breakfast earlier specially for us because the little one were hungry early. TV in the room didn't work, but the TV in the reading room was perfect. There's a chance that my baby bothered the other guests early in the morning because the cottage outside was already fully booked so we were in the main house.
Me and three girlfriends stayed over for one night. Mike, Mathilda and staff treated us very well and made us feel very welcome. We also felt safe and could have a good time. We can highly recommend Foreva Wild.
Foreva Wild is definitely recommended if you want to get away for a few days to relax in comfort and in a peaceful atmosphere.
We really enjoyed our time at Foreva Wild. We only stayed 1 night, but had a great rest. The facilities were fantastic and the service very friendly. Will definitely visit longer next time!
I think we are very quiet guests who do not require intensive attention. The place was very neat. The service was excellent. We really left much more relaxed and peaceful than we arrived and as friends. The place is suitable for nature lovers who just want to relax and be peaceful. The places to eat in the area are also to be recommended as well as the other activities they suggest. I will visit and stay there again.
Five stars is not enough to rate the friendly customer service. It's not everyday that the owners offer to meet you at a location when you get lost. The absolute friendly personality of Mathilda and Mickey was really special. And it was real, not just a false pretence. The other staff were also always friendly and helpful. We had a nice time. Would definitely recommend and go again.
The food, friendliness and service was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.
The facilities, service and people were outstanding. However, the food is below standard, especially when the prices are top end, and I would strongly suggest that it be improved.
We will definitely visit Foreva Wild again! From day one, everyone was more than happy to accommodate everything we wanted to organise. We didn't regret even one of the activities we could book through Foreva wild. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which is beautiful. We could socialise with the other guests and even more so with the staff! We were there for 2 nights and after the first night they already knew which drinks we liked and had it ready for our game drive! Foreva Wild will definitely see us again!
Very nice place to go for weekend. Very relaxing and meeting very pleasant people. But we arranged everything in advance and they didn't come to tell us when what was happening and so we didn't go to have a picnic and then just took the picnic home. When we opened it everything we paid for was not there and let them know. They would have refunded it to me my account no. sent, but have not yet heard anything from them again.
It was peaceful, but we didn't have much to do.
