Was awesome, baie nice.
The room was beautiful and beds very comfortable, really enjoyed the jacuzzi, spa bath and gas heater. Roots' food was indescribably delicious and the hotel's service was personal and very, very good. The manager did everything possible to make our visit as comfortable as possible.
Won't change anything.
The hotel was a nice experience - the units are equipped with everything you need and the restaurant (Roots) meals a great treat (6 courses with an option to pair wine with each course). All the staff are very friendly and helpful (we experienced a slight problem with a leaking air conditioner, and everyone tried to sort it out during a very difficult time - over New Year's). Although they could not do this, we were nevertheless impressed with the way in which they approached the problem. We can definitely recommend the hotel and hope we have an opportunity to visit again somewhere.
