Through the sliding doors, there is a balcony which is an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee. Guests have access to the clubhouse in the estate which has a swimming pool, braai facilities, pool table, big screen TV, lounge, and bathroom facilities. Secure on-site parking is available.

A Guest Info Form will be sent to the guest, which must be completed 5 days prior to arrival in order to register the guest's access with the estate. This includes the submission of a copy of each guest's ID.
In order to ensure cleaning standards are maintained in accordance with our policies, basic cleaning services are included on Wednesdays. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request.
The first week of prepaid electricity is included in the base rate; thereafter guests contribute to top-up electricity themselves.
Guests are welcome to smoke on the patio. Smoking of non-commercial tobacco products i.e. cannabis is not allowed on the property.
A copy of the estate's Conduct Rules is available in the apartment and the guest needs to agree to abide by these rules.
