- Smoking is not allowed in the house, should this rule be broken you would be required to pay a fine.- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.

- Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- Breakage deposit please needs to be paid before arrival, and will be refunded 7 days after check-out should all be in order.
