The kitchens are fully equipped with 2 plate gas stoves and air fryer ovens, microwave and big fridges with freezers. Kitchen counters and chairs add to the coziness of these units. A small, private verandah overlooks the garden from Unit 1. Unit 2 spoils guests with 2 different verandahs for relaxation. The property is set in a beautiful natural garden with soothing water features. A relaxed atmosphere is ensured with the panoramic view of the garden.
Visitors are welcome to make use of the garden for relaxation and just finding tranquility and peace. Guests have their own, private entrance to the units, to ensure privacy. The house is clean, white wash furniture, open plan kitchen and lounge. The two balconies are breathtaking, the bedrooms are clean and the bathroom is very spacious. Truly enjoyed our stay.

I spent 15 days at Fralande Guesthouse. Yolande and France were great hosts. We had a warm welcome on arrival and were shown around the guest house. Throughout the stay we had constant contact with our hosts and had the options of regular house keeping without any additional cost. The apartment was of a good size, suitable for a large family or a group of friends. You get 2 balconies and access to the pool and barbecue area (advanced notice is needed). I would recommend Fralande to anyone and I am already planning my second trip there.

The rooms were beautiful and clean and the kitchen very well equipped. The bathroom was also beautiful and very tidy! If I had to look for something to complain about, it would be the DStv that didn't work the first two nights. It wasn't a problem though as I got home late.
I was kindly received, had a nice chat and the accommodation was tidy and provided a good place to rest for the weary traveller!

We had a very nice stay. It is ideal for a group of people.
The unit is private and a BIG plus is all the DSTV channels. The bedding is clean and the rooms are spacious. Although there is air conditioning in the rooms, there was no remote control and in the heat it was a bit uncomfortable at night, but access to the linen closet ensured we could use sheets instead of duvets. There are also adequate security gates, but the front door doesn't lock, which was a bit awkward.
We appreciate the hospitality and also that they were willing to wait for us until so late. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you.
I was happy with the accommodation in all aspects. However, the problem I had here is parking. I was not comfortable with where my car had to be parked. We requested staff to park under cover and they told us that they will be going out to move it time and again. And that was not done.
Everything was nice, neat, clean and well equipped. The beds sleep wonderfully. The environment is safe and the fact that I could take my yorkie with me was a bonus. Thank you very much.
