16 guests' feedbackTerribly delicious! Cecile was so helpful with directions when I arrived in Hoedspruit in the pitch black night and got lost. The chalet was comfortable and more! Everything I needed was available and everyone was so friendly. And the food is delicious!

I had a lovely time at Francines. The place has a beautiful citrus farm where you can take walks and take in the mountain views. There's is a restaurant conveniently located at the venue and the food tasted great. Emma and the staff were very friendly. Overall it was a good stay, the only issue was the drainage problem in my bathroom.
Peaceful surroundings with a beautiful view of the mountain. Teenagers would prefer single beds.

Lovely and tidy room with everything you need, a shower, bathroom, air conditioner and of course WiFi included! There is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee/tea with delicious biscuits! The breakfast is well worth it and includes, among other things, muesli with yogurt and fruit juice, followed by an enormous farm breakfast with bacon, eggs, sausages, caramelized onions and toast. Can highly recommend Francines!
Breakfast was devine and the host manage to cater Halaal which was great. The stay was remarkable and it was a beautiful place. The rooms were clean and well prepared for any insects.
The guesthouse was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good night's rest. The facilities are in good condition and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Francines is a beuatiful venue. The rose garden welcomes one with colour and beauty. Hendrien and her husband are very accommodating, welcoming and friendlu. There is general kindness in the air. I loved the natural setting in the citrus groves. Would love to return.

The service was friendly and professional. Attention has been paid to detail and the butter tree cutting is now growing in my garden. The cleanliness absolutely meets the strictest standards. The food was very well prepared and fragrant. The location is very good and one experiences the absence of the noisy "civilization". The WiFi is very convenient, fast and accessible. Definitely worth another visit. Thank you!
