We had a lovely stay and all of out needs were met. The garden is absolutely breath taking. We had a great view and nice service. They even provided an anti-mosquito plug-in and a locked safe for jewellery, phones and wallets. The Wi-Fi en DStv was convenient. We got shampoo, body wash, body lotion, toilet paper and towels. There was also a kettle, milk, cold drinking water, coffee, tea and spoons. A lot of plugs are available and we had a little place to get ready and do makeup. Decent mirrors. Very clean. There was also handwashsoap, mats and toilet spray. Bed lights were handy and bright. Not the most quiet part of town, hearing cars and a little music from far away, but definitely not extremely noisy either. Large and many windows were lovely. Extra blanket, soft throw, soft cushions and large soft mat on the floor. Microwave and fridge included. Cosy seats. Balcony view with table and chairs. Great price. Complies to covid regulations. We did not make use of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Large pool for adults with small pool for kids. Can take photograph in the garden. Very green even in winter. Own remote for gate. Outside poolside chairs and tables with chairs in the garden. Highly recommended!
All that bothered was that hot water was only available for short periods of time.
Will please two bath towels preferred. There was only one face towel and one bath towel for two adults.
Things I didn't enjoy, no DStv in our room. Noise from other guests, showers need to be repaired. No options for breakfast.
Extremely helpful hosts who had only one goal. That was to make our stay perfect in every. Facilities are top notch.
I loved everything about the place. Christine is a loving person, I love her so much. And thanks a lot Christine, for the candlelight dinner for my husband.
The pool and relaxation area are breathtakingly beautiful, clean and well appointed. The garden is an absolute feast for the eyes. The room is very basic with wait you need. However, what upset me (especially in this time of Covid) was the open tea bags in the van on the cupboard. One would at least think the tea bags would have been of the "envelope variety". The lady who helped us check in after hours was not very professional but the owner / manager who contacted me earlier in the day was such a pleasant and helpful lady!
We will defiantly suggest this Guesthouse. Nice beds and clean and really friendly people.
Excellent and exceptional. Best described as my kinda place. The environment is lovely, and it's just a few meters to the mall.

We had a lovely stay at Francor Guest House. Rooms are very comfortably furnished. It is clean and tidy. The garden is out of the books. Very friendly & hospitable people.
