Freines is a charming holiday home surrounded by coastal forest, just 10 km south of George. The spacious house offers a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean, of the Outeniqua Mountains in the distance and is ideal for exploring the scenic Garden Route.

This house sleeps 6 adults and has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. There is also a separate outside toilet for more privacy.

The kitchen and laundry area are equipped with fridge-freezers, a stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, tea and coffee-making facilities, a washing machine, tumble dryer and filtered drinking water. The living area and the upper loft area have flat-screen TVs. Guests can request DStv Premium at a daily rate. YouTube and Netflix can be made available upon request for an activation fee.

This unit has solar panels and a 3kW inverter that provides backup power during power outages. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The living area leads to a covered patio with large sliding doors offering a sea view, a large yellowwood dining table and comfortable seating. The living area also has a large fireplace in which guests can barbecue.

Secure parking behind an electric security gate on site is available. Activities in the area include fishing, paragliding, diving, water skiing, hiking, bird watching, whale watching in season and horse riding.
