Swarthaak Chalets 1 and 2 are furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed for children under 12 years. Swarthaak Chalets 3 and 4 are furnished with 4 single beds. Each of these chalets features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette in chalets are fully equipped for self-catering and contains a 2-plate stove and mini-oven, a bar fridge, as well as cutlery and crockery. Each chalet also has a braai area where visitors may unwind and take in the sounds of the bushveld.
Karee Damhuis is a charming thatched-roof cabin, ideal for a romantic escape, furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering and contains a bar fridge, a 2-plate stove and mini-oven, as well as a toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The open-plan cabin features braai facilities and stunning views of the dam.
Funane Wildsplaas boasts additional camping or caravaning (own camping gear) for adventure-seeking visitors 500 m from the chalets.

8 guests' feedbackBushveld best. Silence, rest, freedom - just nice. Was terribly nice, felt like it was my farm. Friendly people, our people. Saw the lions being fed, breathtaking. One realizes 2 things in nature: 1. ) How small you are. 2. ) How great the Creator is. Will visit again, nice fish caught in the pond, just relax and break routine. Thank you aunty and team.
Relaxing among the wildlife, with a wonderful atmosphere. Nice pool to cool off.
Lovely in the woodland. All you need. The perfect place to just get away for a bit.
It was a lovely weekend, would definitely go again.
Close to butcher and restaurant, caught nice fish in the small pond. Owners are very friendly, we will definitely come again.
The tranquility of the farm was definitely a big bonus point. The pool was lovely and beautifully clean. The ablution block was very neat and clean. Would like to see a little more wildlife. Perhaps you could consider doing a game drive on the farm per reservation, because by the nature of the matter you know where they are hiding. We really enjoyed the weekend and after 4 days feel ready again for the rest of the year.
Had a nice relaxing day, unfortunately the dogs kept barking during the night.
