3 guests' feedbackThe place was flooded, no gas braai but showing on photos, paid for DSTV that did not work, the caretaker complains about everything.
Incomplete inventory, broken barbecue, broken outside furniture, inadequate fridge, rising damp.
The fridge was inadequate for the climate and shelves broken. Two stove plates worked. Crockery inadequate and chipped Tumble dryer broken. Water pouring through the damaged ceiling when it rained and the lights blew. Dining table had a dangerous glass edge which we couldn’t use. Dstv decoder didn’t work therefore no tv reception. No tv in main bedroom. Dirty and water stains on curtains. No cold water pressure in bathroom. No cupboard doors on second bedroom and the fan was only one speed. Fast. Third bedroom had no cover over light bulbs The gas braai didn’t work because of the holes were blocked with fat and dirt Garden furniture was dirty all cushions needed cleaning. A flower pot was filled with cigarette butts and used ear buds. All in all we were shocked especially as prop 247 didn’t seem particularly concerned Appearances can be very deceptive.
