Suggestions: Sufficient wood for the fireplace should be included in rate. Warmer duvets/blankets.
The only request to the owners, a solid double bed will work better than two single beds next to each other. I also understand why there are two single beds, just think there needs to be a look at demand. Environment peaceful and really pleasing to the eye. We left with a heavy heart, couldn't get enough of the tranquility and nature sounds.
We have to go again, everything was just perfect.
Unit was neat and clean, and had everything you would need for a comfy stay. We only stayed overnight, so didn't make food or anything, but would suggest for the price per night to at least provide a bag of wood. Also disappointing that we couldn't taste the wine or olive oil produced by owners. Other than that, great stay and would highly recommend.
My tween son didn’t want to leave at the end of the weekend. The guest house is located so close to a variety of exceptionally good wine farms; walks and interesting local businesses.
We were really very happy with our visit. You literally only need your clothes to stay there. Nice and quiet.

Our experience at Galloway Guesthouse was pleasant, I just briefly list the positive and negative personal opinion about the place. Positive: Silence was great. View was great. Very nicely equipped. Could leave place at 11:00. Host was very decent, friendly and helpful (offered to help us). Very good quality mattresses on beds. Negative: Two single beds made up like a double bed is very uncomfortable if you want to sleep next to your wife. Beds are not made for tall people either. The meditation garden is very beautiful. We did not ask about breakfast, but were never informed if there was breakfast available, when and if it was available and how much it cost. We then drove without breakfast.
Stunning view, rooms and service. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to explore the Robertson area.
