11 guests' feedbackThe view of the sea and the sunset was breathtaking. The house is homely and warm and gives just enough space for a family. The service had been very good.
We had a great stay in a house with a nice view.
Our stay was pleasant. The carpets and furniture need a deep clean, though.
Braai facilities not sufficient.
It was pleasantly quiet and peaceful.
Good location to explore the surrounding area. Had the most tasty roosterkoek made by the locals. Unspoilt beach, where we enjoyed a long walk.
Visited for 4 days with 2 children, 19 and 12. Typical older beach house: some parts do need a bit of a makeover and there is carpeting throughout (even in the main bathroom) which could definitely change. Everything you need: comfortable sofas for reading books, large open sliding windows for sea air, sea view of the beach (binoculars) from the huge balcony. Maybe make the lower apartment's covered parking available for the upper guests. Would recommend booking downstairs and upstairs together - the lower unit has gas which would be handy with all the power outages - unfortunately there is no power assistance or solar geysers which is a bit challenging with 8 hours a day without power. Hilda is fantastic - always around the corner to help. Maybe add a photo of the braai facilities next to the house.

Very nice, big house. Very convenient. We had a great stay, it's not far from the sea.
The house is very nicely located with a nice view of the sea in a quiet area with a very nice outside balcony for enjoying a drink in the evening.
We drove around a bit and visited the area and surrounding towns.

- Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
- Breakage deposit please needs to be paid before arrival, and will be refunded 7 days after check-out should all be in order.
- Under no circumstances are visitors or parties allowed, should you disregard this rule you will be asked to vacate the premises
- Only the amount of guests that the property accommodates is allowed, if an extra guest was brought without permission then you will have to pay the charge upon check-in or check-out.
