Garden Apartment on Rondebosch Common is a ground floor, self-catering apartment located in a small block, situated across the road from the Rondebosch Common in Rosebank. The complex has views of the back of Table Mountain. The apartment is quiet and private, and guests are invited to relax by the pool and enjoy a braai on summer evenings.

The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with a handmade quilt, a desk/vanity, and plenty of cupboard space. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with 3/4 duvets. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom which is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with four stools. The lounge has two comfy couches and a flat screen TV with Netflix provided.

There is also an office in a cupboard in the lounge, which is useful if you have to do some work to do. Just pull out the shelf desk and bring the chair around. Free high speed Wi-Fi access is also provided for general use, for streaming or online video business meetings.

The garden area is lovely and quiet, and there is a walkway leading to the pool which is shared by all the residents of the block. You are welcome to relax and read books from the bookshelf. A dedicated secure parking bay is available for 1 vehicle. The Rondebosch Common has a 2.7 km running or walking track where you can enjoy amazing views of Table Mountain.

The apartment is conveniently located to shopping zones for self-catering. A car is desirable to make best use of all Cape Town has to offer, from beaches to wine farms and so much more. We are a stones throw from two hospitals, the Red Cross Children's Hospital and Grootte Schuur. The apartment is also conveniently located for visitors to the University of Cape Town and Silwood School of Cookery.
