Place is tasteful, quiet, and furnished with a lot of attention. Warm homey feeling. The space of the unit gives the feeling that you have space to just be. The garden is beautiful.

The standard of this guest house was amazing. This is luxury accommodation. Absolutely comfortable and it's clear that the host cares about the facilities and his guests. The garden is remarkable and one would like to spend as much time as possible among the beautiful loving handiwork of the garden. Anyone who would complain is just being silly - there's nothing to complain about here. It is top quality.
We had the most amazing time, my daughter and I. Lots of bonding time in the beautiful garden, privacy for her to learn the piano, and ample space for her to play and do her crafts. The space is beautiful, the decor is so lovely and well thought out, the cottage exceptionally clean. Truly, the photos do this cottage no justice. Perfection!

Everything and more. From complimentary rolls, butter and jam, to fruit, breakfast porridge, milk and yoghurt. Plus coffee, tea and more. Hairdryer, peaceful sleep, extra two-point plugs and even gaviscon tablets. Solar power lets you forget about load shedding. The cottage is neat, located in a beautiful garden. Not too far from beach and other attractions.

The owner is "hands-on" and a fantastic host. Everything was thought of. You receive a "welcome pack" with snacks. There is all equipment in the kitchen to make your stay comfortable, there is even a second boiler for the gas stove available if the electricity is out. It is a very quiet area with a beautiful garden and big trees for a lot of coolness. It was a pleasant experience, very comfortable for 2 people and definitely value for money.
Accommodation offers so much more than one is used to. The host is very pleasant and helpful. The cottage is also adapted for loadshedding. Will definitely stay at the Garden Cottage again.
