Garden on Phantom Main House is a charming holiday house located in Phantom Village, Knysna, offering guests spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the Knysna Estuary. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is finished with a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area includes a dining table, a TV, and comfortable couches.

Spacious patio with a gas braai, a built-in braai, outdoor seating, day loungers, and a swimming pool. Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking are available to guests during their stay.

The accommodation is on an estate that is environmentally friendly and peaceful. Therefore, everyone must respect each other and maintain the tranquility of all residents and animals. Please be aware that noise is strictly prohibited.

There is also an adjoining apartment on the premises. The area between the two units is cordoned off. The owners keep themselves and interactions with guests to a minimum. There are pets on the premises and the owner's dogs are not allowed in the guest area. The cats may enter the guest area from time to time. If guests are allergic to cats they may need to consider other accommodation.

The gardener comes once a week for general maintenance.

One free cleaning service is included. If guests require more days, this can be arranged at extra cost.
