The main bedroom offers lovely sea views and contains an extra-length king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The room is equipped with air-conditioning and an overhead fan for those hot summer days. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have overhead fans and share a bathroom. Both bath and shower facilities are available.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven, and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher for convenience. There are ample ice trays, sufficient glassware, and necessary utensils.
The lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv channels, and leads onto the large entertainment patio, with a bar and built-in braai. The patio overlooks a well-maintained grass lawn, ideal for pets, and boasts a beautiful view of the ocean.
Guests have access to 2 parking bays; 1 open parking bay on your doorstep and 1 undercover parking bay with elevator access to the first floor. The apartment is secure with 24-hour security.
The accommodation has a generator, It will serve all lights, TV, Wi-Fi, an air-conditioner, ceiling fans, and a fridge. Any other heat-generating appliances will not be operational during load-shedding.
Umdloti boasts a lovely swimming beach and a natural tidal pool, with experienced lifeguards. Within walking distance from the apartment is a restaurant, pizzeria, and coffee shop. A little stroll along the promenade will take you to a further 4 restaurants, another 2 coffee shops, a deli, a Kwikspar, and 2 bottle stores.

1 guests' feedbackWe were kindly welcomed by Clem after a long drive. Our luggage was quickly unloaded and the apartment was given all the necessary information. Clem was extremely helpful during our time at the seaside and we will definitely visit again.

A number of guests for visiting, not to total more than 10 people per day between 09.00 - 22.00.
More guests may be allowed by request/approval from the owner only.
No towels to be taken to the beach. Guests are to provide their own beach towels.
No laundry or towels to be hung on the patio/balcony or in sight of people walking along the promenade. A community wash line is provided at the back of the apartment.
Showers and taps are available in the car park (on the pillar at the back of parking bay 103). All beach sand from cooler boxes, deck chairs, umbrellas, etc. to be cleaned and sand from feet and bodies needs to be washed off prior to entering the apartment.
When accessing the complex directly from the beach and your feet are covered in sand please use the driveway entrance, clean, and wash off all sand prior to entering apartment.
Air-conditioner and lights to be switched off when leaving the apartment.
Due to Loadshedding please make sure that all taps and showers are to be switched off. Guests will be held accountable for damages caused by flooding.
All windows and doors are to be closed so as not to allow monkeys into the apartment. The host will not be liable for food taken by monkeys. Guests will be held accountable for damage/breakages caused by monkeys.
Parking is allowed only in allocated parking bays. Should more than 2 parking bays be required, permission will need to be arranged with the security guard at reception.
