This is a very good option if you're visiting Calitsdorp. Literally in the same road as Bo-plaas. The accommodation is pristine. Recommendation: The ladies would like a long mirror.
Great overnight stay in Calitzdorp! Our hostess was very friendly and explained the town's main attractions to us. She referred us to a Saturday morning gathering at (The Accidental Bakery) which we really enjoyed, delicious fresh home baked breads with accompanying treats.
We went to the big storm here at home. Our host went to great lengths to keep us up to date with the condition of the roads in advance. Thank you very much, Kevin. We will definitely come to your place again, and it wasn't the first time either.
We really enjoyed our stay at this delightful (professionally run) guesthouse. Attention to every detail made our stay most comfortable. We valued the host's informative chats about local places of interest and life in Calitzdorp. Look forward to returning to this accommodation!

This was our second visit and it was just as good as the last. The accommodation is excellent: tasteful and modern with all the modern conveniences (the bliss of electric blankets on a cold Little Karoo night). The setting is great. The parking is secure. The hosts, Kevin and Colleen, are great. We love coming to Calitzdorp and staying here.

Was delicious, very clean clean. Great shower and everything we needed. The owner is extremely hospitable and also makes jam, etc. what you can buy there. She also told us about the grape picking at De Kranz, which we did then. Very nice experience in Calitzdorp.

It's a comfortable guest house in a peaceful, quiet environment. Can recommend it with confidence.
The accommodation is pristine. Everything we needed for the stay except maybe somewhere to sit and eat. Outside table provided, but it was very cold so that was not an option for us. Location perfect. Walking distance from Boplaas. I would give this place 6 stars if it weren't for all the rules with associated punishment for transgressors, stuck on the walls everywhere. Because of it, one cannot completely relax here and we were glad we didn't book 2 nights. Pity, because otherwise, this would be great accommodation.
Wonderful atmosphere with a beautiful dog that also makes you feel right at home. Very neat, friendly hosts who gave us good advice for our meals out and provided information about the area. Had a great time!

We stayed in the garden cottage with a queen-sized bed. Comfortable bed and cotton linen. It is a small place, but it has got everything one could need. It was a bit cool in the evening, so we asked for a heater, which was brought to us immediately. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Very quiet and secure. Would definitely recommend it.

It was a welcome rest after our drive in the Karoo heat. Kevin was very nice and explained everything to us nicely. There are some who will feel that the cottage should be equipped with air conditioning, as Calitzdorp can get very hot in the summer months, but for us the fan was sufficient.
Our caravan was easily parked. The unit is very nicely and comfortably furnished.

Kevin and Colleen were very hospitable and friendly and the cottage was beautifully clean, well equipped and very beautiful. We had a breathtaking view of the valley with alfalfa fields, vineyards, mountains and the historic buildings in the background. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Calitzdorp.

Hospitality, silence and sharing of information regarding the environment was so welcome. Thank you Kevin and Colleen. Cleanliness of unit as well as decor is exceptional. Will definitely visit again and in the future instead tour Meyerspoort past Calitzdorp to the Western Cape. From Gastria Grange you can pick gooseberry grapes, apricots and yellow peaches yourself during the season in the area. Wonderful experience!

Our unit was beautifully decorated in a modern way and has a nice porch room leading off the bedroom with sliding doors, a lovely large couch and indoor braai overlooking alfalfa fields. The kitchenette was well equipped and the bathroom had a large shower and 2 sinks. By the back door is also a small table with 2 chairs where we could eat in the open air. The host and hostess were very friendly and helpful.
