Electric blanket came in handy for those low temperatures in Bloem. I wouldn't have made it!
We made a request that there should be 2 beds for my son and daughter. We have received confirmation that there will be 2 beds in the unit. There was only one bed! Except for the "mistake" of the host, the place was neat and clean.

The electric blanket on the bitterly cold evening was very welcome, and the aircon for warmth the next morning as well when we had to get up very early on a freezing morning. Bed is very comfortable, clean, nice place.
The apartment is securely fenced with secure parking inside. The apartment itself was neat and clean. The owner was helpful by allowing us to still leave some of our purchases in the unit after departure time when we still had to drive around the city. Thank you very much for the permission!

The room is spacious, neat and has a small washing up area and small microwave and fridge. They also have free WiFi and a TV with DStv. The aircon helped a lot for the cold. Thank you for a wonderful night's rest.

We had to ask for an extra towel as only one was provided. The next door unit kept us up until late and woke us at 05:00 in the morning. The walls to the units are very thin. The units have a tin roof so the birds are extremely noisy. We did not have a good night's rest unfortunately.
The walls are paper thin. Fellow guests' noise is very disturbing. Especially the night when we stayed it was unbearable the scolding and swearing. That's why I'm very skeptical. The facilities are there and at neat and clean.
Suitable for one night's stay, price wise. The unit has all the necessary appliances and was neat and clean. The free internet unfortunately never worked and there was only one set of towels available. The security fence was inactive and parts of the wiring had been removed from the gate's entrance, which could be a potential security issue. It appeared as if they were busy with renovations on the outer wall. Fortunately, there was no theft or break-in during our stay.
The environment is a bit bleak. A bit more of a garden would improve the experience.
Arrived at the address which was totally walled. No buzzer, intercom or contact signage. The owner arrived an hour later. Place under construction and had the appearance of a compound. Cheap furnishings, no cups, glasses or cutlery. Could not make coffee in the morning. No place to sit outside one's room. Would not recommend.

The gate is just very small, I can't get the caravan in there.
The place is nice and quiet and very secure, and the rooms are nice and spacious.
The unit was very clean and tidy. However, the problem was that 3 out of the 4 units were occupied by long distance passengers, which made us feel very uncomfortable as it was quite noisy.
A home away from home, very safe and comfortable! Hosts are always willing to help.
