This double-story, air-conditioned villa can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. Four of the bedrooms are located on the top floor, each comfortably furnished with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms open onto a shared wrap-around balcony with full sea views. The third bedroom opens onto a balcony with partial mountain views, while the fourth bedroom opens onto a balcony with partial sea views. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs, furnished with a queen-size bed and is discreetly situated at the back of the property with its own entrance and kitchenette. The main en-suite bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower, while the remaining bathrooms are each fitted with a shower, toilet and basin only. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, double oven, microwave, air fryer, kettle, coffee machine, wine cooler, ice machine, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The main lounge and dining area has ample comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax while admiring the sea views. The second lounging area also has comfortable couches and features a wood-burning fireplace. For guests' entertainment, there are 3 smart TVs with a full bouquet of DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi.
The main living area has large glass stack sliding doors that flow onto a spacious sea-facing patio with outdoor seating, an ideal vantage point for relaxation and sundowners. On the opposite side of the living area is an undercover patio with a built-in braai and outdoor seating.
Guests have direct access to a double automated garage, with additional on-site parking behind remote-controlled gates. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the garage. Additionally, the property is equipped with an alarm and camera system with armed response and a full inverter system to ensure power during outages.

House rules
The final rental payment, including the management fee and refundable breakage deposit, is due 30 days before arrival. International guests must pay the breakage deposit in cash upon arrival, while local residents should prepay via EFT.The house accommodates up to 10 guests. An additional 2 guests can stay on a double sleeper couch for an extra fee, with prior request and prepayment required.
This property is not child-friendly. Supervise small children, as there are no safety barriers on stairs. The owners and property management are not liable for any incidents. Guests must bring their own baby camp cot and high chair.
Linen and bath towels are provided. Do not use bath towels for swimming or beach activities.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking indoors; use the provided ashtray and do not litter on the property.
Unruly behaviour will result in eviction without a refund.
No parties or events; respect neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 PM.
A cleaning surcharge applies if the property is not left in reasonable condition or if guests check out late.
