Guest parking is available for 1 additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis and you have parking for your trailers.

What an incredible stay, especially if you love Uvongo Beach. 180 degree uninterrupted sea views, has braai, massive patio. The photos don't quite give the scale of the unit, much bigger in real life. Already planning our next stay.

Please note that smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited and that no parties, student groups, bachelor-, or bachelorette parties are allowed as this unit is situated in a complex.There are also strict noise policies in place and guests are asked to please be mindful of the residents in the area and refrain from making loud noises or disturbances. Please note that guests may be asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect if they fail to comply with the rules.
The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
Damages and breakage deposits are refundable, pending their inspection after departure and are refunded as follows:
All low and high season refunds will be refunded roughly 2 weeks (14 days), after departure.
All peak season refunds will be refunded 1 month after departure.

If your arrival is in less than a month then the balance payment needs to be made immediately.
If your arrival is in more than a month then the balance payment needs to be made 1 month prior to arrival.
