An ultra-modern Chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer combo, a Defy oven, 4 plate glass stove, double-door fridge-freezer with Ice maker, microwave with grill function, and ample cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted 75-inch flat-screen TV with premium DStv channels. Ceiling fans are available in the lounge and all the bedrooms.
The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area ideal for relaxing and entertaining. There is outdoor patio furniture and dining furniture with braai facilities. The patio overlooks a grassed area and offers sea views.
Borehole water is available. Gas is supplied for the braai area and there is gas bottles with top available for general cooking. Lights in bedrooms are rechargeable globes. There is also an inverter that keeps the TV and DStv on during load shedding.
The complex is secure and features a communal braai area and swimming pools, one of which is solar heated. Undercover parking is available for your car. Guest parking is available for 1 additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis.

Amazing, exciting, exceptional experience right on the beach. Fully furnished, newly renovated with modern equipment and massive size TVs. On top, hot tub with pool. Awesome family holiday experience definitely coming back.
Stay was very nice. Place meets everything needed to enjoy vacation. View over sea beautiful.

The accommodation was excellent, well-stocked kitchen, large bedrooms and family rooms. The unit was within walking distance from the beach. And a short drive to shops and malls. Thank you, Anna for your quick responses when we needed assistance. I would highly recommend Glyndale Sands 402. Excellent accommodation for family. The unit is very spacious and modern and has everything you might need. We loved the short walk down to the beach and nearby restaurants. Excellent value for money. Hope to see you again soon.
We loved the accommodation and would certainly book again the next time we visit Durban. Disappointed that there was no WiFi, but everything else was supplied.

The unit is modern, neat and clean with everything one needs for an unforgettable seaside holiday. It is walking distance from the main beach and close to the local attractions. We will definitely vacation there again.
Too bad we don't get to swim in the sea near the apartment.

The place was perfect for us! Modern and tidy, it has everything you could need and more. You hear the waves breaking into the apartment. Unfortunately, the place does not have WiFi. You still struggle with signal, but the outdoor area made up for it! We are already planning a few more holiday weekends there.
The unit is spacious and very luxurious, it is located close to the swimming beach and the south coast's attractions.

House rules

No cigarette buds to be thrown over the balcony or left in the garden and pool area.
No glasses or bottles are allowed by the swimming pool.
Towels or other linen are not allowed to be hung over the balcony rails. There are 2 clothing racks in the apartment that can be placed on the verandah.
A midweek linen change can be done on request. No service is available on from the 25th to the 27th of December and New Years Day.
No arrivals are accepted on Christmas Day, the Day of Goodwill or the 1st of January.
No student bookings, parties or events are permitted.
Guests who are not happy with cleanliness, comfort, breakages or any other complaints need to report it within 24 hours of check-in.
