We had a great time at Golden Cove in Clarens. The house was top notch and we would love to stay there again when we visit Clarens. Everything was clean and tidy and the facilities especially the washing machine were a great help and treat. Thank you very much. There is one issue we do want to address. The agent we had to receive namely: Luzelle from Uvongo Holidays, provided extremely poor service. She failed to forward the crockery deposit on time and then used the excuse that the phone number was wrong, however this is untrue. After I called her and asked her to forward it, she failed to do so. After a second request, she informed me that she has not yet done so and we are having trouble contacting her by phone because she is extremely busy and has to take many important calls. The email and documentation was sent to me just before 1 in the afternoon on the day we had to check in. When our friends arrived, she denied them entry because the deposit and documentation had not yet been received on her end. It is difficult when traveling and on the go to print and fill out emails. We had already sent all the proof of payment as well as the documentation via e-mail and WhatsApp. She was once again on a very important call and couldn't help us check in successfully. Meanwhile we are standing in front of a closed door. She also figured there was plenty of time to send the payment and documentation. Vacationers naturally all travel with printers, scanners and computers. After much unhappiness we then entered. On check out it was again a situation when she had to send us the contact to hand over the key. Luzelle is certainly not a good image for your business and I suggest you investigate the matter. I certainly wouldn't want to deal with Luzelle again. We were also told that many other customers had also complained about her.
