4 guests' feedbackThe apartment is well equipped with everything one might need. It was nice to grill some meat on the balcony in the evenings while looking out over the sea. There is no play area for the children, but a full day on the beach makes up for that.

Comfortable and relaxing.
The unit is very comfortable with everything one needs. Clean and tidy. We had a nice stay for the time we were there. The website indicated there was a swimming pool in the complex which was not the case. There were a few things, like DStv and garage outages, but between the load shedding and holidays it was sorted out. I would not recommend the unit for older people, they may struggle to get in and out of the bath/shower, the edge is very high and uncomfortable to get out. The washing machine and tumble dryer are an asset and make it convenient to go home with dry and clean clothes.

Please note that smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited and that no parties, student groups, bachelor-, or bachelorette parties are allowed as this unit is situated in a complex.There are also strict noise policies in place and guests are asked to please be mindful of the residents in the area and refrain from making loud noises or disturbances. Please note that guests may be asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect if they fail to comply with the rules.
The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
Damages and breakage deposits are refundable, pending their inspection after departure and are refunded as follows:
All low and high season refunds will be refunded roughly 2 weeks (14 days), after departure.
All peak season refunds will be refunded 1 month after departure.
