1 guests' feedbackAt least one of the head chefs are absolutely clueless when it comes to 5 star cuisine as advertised on the Gondwana website. Starting with overly complicated, too many ingredients menu options to very poor execution. The poor front of house staff were constantly scrambling to rectify / excuse the kitchen and in doing so lost their great service to guests.
