27 guests' feedbackThis house is perfect for large family groups. It had everything we could wish for. Hanel is a great host and looked after all our needs. It's right on the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants.
It was the perfect location with everything we needed for our staff Bible study retreat.
We have booked our family reunion at Gordonsbaai Beachhouse, enough space for 24 people. It was so nice to have both houses next to each other and the porch was big enough for us all to hang out together. The best was Katriena who came to help with the dishes every morning. So friendly and helpful. It was pretty much a family festival and we would recommend it for any large group. A thousand thanks Hanel.

Our team has stayed at Gordons Bay Beachhouse several times and we return annually for more! The location is great and the house lends itself perfectly to large groups. Katrien did a great job of cleaning for us on special request.
A wonderful stay in a perfect location across the road from the beach. The house was very spacious and allowed the large family to have happy "together times" as well as peaceful "alone " times. Magnificent views from the deck of the sea and sunset. Katriena, the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a perfect stay.
This is the 2nd time that I've stayed at this property, but this time I made the booking and dealt with the owner first hand. What a friendly and kind individual. This was our third annual stay in Gordon's Bay Beach House. It is close to shops & the beach and is well maintained. The cleaning service is excellent - thank you Katriena.
There is a rivulet coming out by the sea just across the road and people were filling up their water cans with fresh water from the mountain! We filled up as well. Water quality and taste was superb! An extra bonus. Most rooms have en-suites.
They must try all by means to keep the house clean before checking in and out. Location - excellent. Thank you so much to Hanel for your assistance and for being there if there was a problem.
The house is so beautiful, we are a group of ladies coming from correctional services, we needed a holiday and this is what we needed, we will definitely come back soon. I will recommend this place to any group of people that need to go out and relax.

Everything was as we expected and more. The house was clean and had just about everything that a family would need to spend a week there. Our kids from the UK were super impressed; the in-laws from Italy even more so and the GP kids are now moving to the Cape! We definitely recommend this house. The position is perfect, and easy to find. The owner responded very fast when we had a question. We just loved it there!
The reception and staff are super friendly. The home is impeccable. It is of a world class, 5 star experience, however is also so homely. The value you for money you get is absolutely amazing. We were a group of 12 friends and each and everyone of us will be returning.
Unbelievably beautiful view from the veranda on the sea. The house sleeps 24 people, which is by no means cramped, everything is open and spacious! All the cupboards and drawers are labelled, so no trouble locating essentials. The house is ideal for a large group of friends, or families looking to get away for a weekend.

Hanel was very accommodating and gave us a warm welcome. The house is right on the beach and the view is absolutely unbeatable. The house is really fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. Modern and comfortable. Everything you need is available. We made good use of the deck outside, it was nice to enjoy the view and just relax. The large parking area behind the property is a big plus as there were 12 of us and everyone could park their cars on site. I can definitely recommend the house for large groups, the total house can accommodate up to 24 people. We will definitely be back again. Everyone joked that a Jacuzzi on the deck would be absolutely ideal.
Beautiful house with the best views. Each room and living space is spacious and modern, but still relaxed. The house really was everything you need for a perfect, stress-free getaway, 2 minutes from the sea. Good value for money.
