Thank you, Naomi - the place was very neat. The gas lighter is empty for lighting a fire.

Very good value for money. Very close to beach, less than 5 minutes walk. The place is comfortably furnished but there is nothing extravagant. Has everything one needs for a very basic stay by the sea for a weekend. Communication and obtaining keys was very easy and efficient.

We enjoyed the break and silence so much and the cottage has everything that is needed. There really isn't anything missing. Would definitely recommend and the sea is a few steps away from the accommodation. Never needed to drive around, everything at hand!
My 2 girls and I really enjoyed it. The place was tidy and very cutely furnished. A bonus was the indoor braai which was great for the cold weekend. The sea is only a short walk away and the two girls really enjoyed it even though it was cold. Would definitely recommend the place!

For the R350.00 extra 'cleaning services fee' I expect at least clean walls, floors and towels. We were looking forward to the indoor barbecue, but there was none like the pictures.
Gousblom 6 is the best set up, you basically don't need to take anything with you. I think it was the most complete vacation spot I have ever seen.

Gert and Hannaleen have a very nice apartment. We were fortunate to have a built-in braai in the apartment. During the time we were in Dwarskersbos, the weather was very bad, but we were still able to grill meat deliciously. We would definitely recommend Harder, there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Harder is a few steps from the beach. So you don't have to look too far for accommodation. Book at Harder in Dwarskersbos.

The cottage is nice and spacious and private with our own private parking space in front of the house. It's just a few steps from the sea with a nice beach for swimming with the children. Aunt Hannaleen was very friendly and brought us extra things that she thought could help with the children. We had a great time and will definitely go there again.

House was well furnished, heaters or warm blankets would be very welcome though, it was terribly cold. On arrival there was still rubbish in the bin from previous guests and the barbecue grill was rusted and unusable, however this did not spoil our weekend as the location and cleanliness of the place made up for the inconvenience. It is a beautiful place with all the amenities and more that one could need. There's no TV, but that's exactly what added to the fun.
