The house has 2 double rooms with a bathroom, and an additional 2 apartments with their own baths. The description of the accommodation is not correct. The owner helped us quickly and gave us 2 apartments, as we were 2 couples who each wanted their own bathroom.

My recommendation: With load shedding there are no generators, and it can take 4 hours, especially not nice in the evening without any power. Can't really do anything then, because there are shops that just close when load shedding happens. Would also be better if maybe a small TV could be put in, then there is something to watch. The parking is a bit tight. Then per night fees may be increased by 200.
Grace upon Grace Wuest Suits is the most beautiful place. We stayed in the D-Light room and it has everything you need and more. Jaco and Lindi are a fantastic host and hostess. They make an effort to make one's stay extra comfortable and special.
I was very relieved that the area is quiet, and there is calm and peace.

What makes the guest house exceptional is the tasteful and artistic layout and furnishings. In our travels through many countries we have never encountered this degree of beauty and taste.
Grace is a good hostess, she received me kindly and is very pleasant. Her place is so beautiful and smells fresh and delicious. It's quiet and I had a nice stay there. Away from the noise of the city in silence and the mountain around you makes it nice. I would recommend anyone to visit or rest. The rusk was delicious for breakfast and in the evening there was OBS and chocolate which gives it that personal finishing touch. I will definitely go again. The decor set it apart from any other place we have stayed in, wow. The outside and garden area were great and we've taken a lot of ideas home with us. Grace was very attentive, always available and whipped up a delicious helping of rusks for the morning coffee.

Grace is a wonderful hostess, we felt very welcome. The place is beautiful, very interesting decor. We also had a fireplace and we used it as it was very cold. The area is safe and away from the hustle and noise of the main square but also not too far for a walk (we drove because it was cold). We highly recommend.

We were there in winter. The bathroom has a towel and air heater. There is an electric blanket on the bed and heater in the room. We got freshly baked biscuits, milk and filter coffee. There was also sherry for us. Great, thank you Grace we will come again.

The pictures of the accomodation does not do it justice, it's absolutely gorgeous and the decorating in the unit is equisite. It's litterally only a few minutes drive from the town centre. The parking is behind a secure gate and the garden area would be fantastic to just relax in in the summer. On our weekend it was a bit chilly outside, but we're definately planning to come back in the summer for another visit.
My husband surprised me with a "babymoon" weekend away to Clarens. The weather was just right, not too cold. If still beautiful green and semi-pale color of nature. The village was not too busy, nor too quiet. Grace Upon Grace was perfect for us. Warm, safe house with a very nice garden and room with our own kitchen and sitting area. It has everything you need to self cater although there are so many excellent pubs and restaurants we just used to make breakfast and prepare rolls for hiking. Grace is very helpful. Handy for town you can walk to the centre we didn't though after hiking all day.

The place is very neat and clean with modern equipment as well as interesting decor. It offers excellent value for money with detail and spoils that one would not simply expect. All the staff were very helpful and hospitable. It was a pleasure to spend the night there and we would highly recommend it. Grace Upon Grace, you guys are tops.
Cozy and spontaneous, a warmth from the welcome to the uniquely furnished rooms. Beautifully clean and lovely furnished. I specifically want to mention the little things, like the scissors to cut open the coffee bags and the quick medicine bag with heartburn pills, plasters and little things. Grace's quick check-in every day with references to restaurants and cute little shops made our stay so enjoyable that we definitely want to go back and enjoy it again.
The accommodation is not only convenient, it's a great and pleasant experience.

The stay was nice. Grace makes you feel at home and very friendly. The rusk was very nice, didn't expect to get it at a place.
Grace upon Grace is a beautiful guesthouse, in a lovely setting very close to town. Grace herself is a wonderful host and gave some fabulous recommendations for restaurants. The guesthouse is decorated in a beautiful way and is a home away from home.
