Everything is clean, the beds sleep well, the shower is great, there is always power, the bedding is of good quality and they have lots of DSTV channels to choose from. Easy and convenient.
The guesthouse allowed us to check in a little earlier than usual. We did not eat any meals at the guesthouse so we can't comment on that. The stay was pleasant and the guesthouse met all our needs.

Perfectly located near University where my son had to play rugby.
We always love going to Graceland, but this time was a challenge. I had bought about 50 kg of meat that had to stay cold. Graceland was ready to help, but the amount of meat was just too much for their freezer. Ronell and her team immediately made another plan and arranged storage space for us at the guest house next to them. This is the type of effort that only people in small towns make for each other and Potch is not small! Of course the room was spotless and everything was neat and comfortable. The nice biscuit and enough coffee was a bonus. Thank you very much for the years we were able to stay with you while the children studied. Everyone has now graduated and we may see you again one day.

We as a family and group of friends all enjoyed wonderful feasts and hot dogs prepared at the braai under the canopy. We made a nice big family table using all the small tables and chairs on the patio, not even the rain bothered us or scared us off. Was really a great evening and everyone was comfortable in their own rooms when they went to bed. Next morning everyone was fresh and rested for the morning's wedding. No traffic noise heard. Thank you very much for your hospitality and the provision of a braai pan, meat dish, braai tongs, serviettes and tablecloth to make us even more comfortable. You'll definitely see us again.

Graceland is a safe, peaceful, clean guest house, with hospitable people.
The small towel by the sink was not clean and the fridge had a puddle of milk in it. The coffee cups were not properly washed either. Everything else was beautiful and delicious.

Everything was clean and neat. I would just suggest that they put a dressing table and chair in with a plug so that you can put on your make-up.
We actually only slept there, we were worried about possible traffic noise in the street in front of the guest house, but that was not a problem. The room we were in could do with a shower door. Entire floor is wet after shower because there is no type of partition or door.

My first impression on entering the premises and then entering the guesthouse/rooms is that it is all very clean, very neat and very beautiful. Then comes the detail - they cater for everything one needs. The bathroom is spacious and luxurious, the shower is fantastic, the sink at the fridge and coffee station is an incredible plus for me if you want to make coffee and tea. I could drink my coffee as I like it, with hot milk, thanks to the microwave. The beds are super comfortable with quality bedding that makes you sleep well. Reception was very friendly and without any hold-ups. I would certainly recommend the guesthouse!

We stayed at Graceland for the second time this year for commitments in Potchefstroom. It truly feels like a home away from home to me. Lovely, spacious rooms with very good quality beds and linen, a good night's rest is guaranteed. The nice stoep with cozy tables and chairs makes you feel at home immediately and kick off your shoes. Thank you Ronell and Marcel for your hospitality and the nice place to stretch out after a full day. Ronell and Marcel even went out of their way after they realized early in the morning that there was no power or water to bring clean water and boiling water for all the guests and on top of that (without any need) for all of us a delicious croissant farmer's sausage made because they want to compensate for power and water problemd. However, the power and water were back soon enough so that we could clean up and drink coffee. My family and I will definitely look no further for any other accommodation in Potch than Graceland guest house!

I often stay in guesthouses and am usually quite skeptical because I've had a lot of bad experiences. I've learned that pictures can lie! I was really, really impressed with Graceland. My room was very clean and tidy. Graceland does not offer a breakfast, but the biscuits and coffee left in the room for guests were delicious! Very good value for money and I can really recommend Graceland.

If I have to make a negative comment, it would be to ensure that there is sufficient coffee and bathroom amenities (shampoo/soap) for the total number of nights booked.
