24 guests' feedbackVery good location. Neat, clean, safe and friendly staff. Beautiful view of the sea. Close to Ramsgate main beach and the private beach also a nice added bonus. We had our dogs with us and could take them everywhere and were so convenient and comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

The staff are all very friendly and definitely go the extra mile to make sure you are relaxed and have everything you need. The rooms are neat and kept very clean. Food is not included, but their breakfast is filling and one of the best we had on holiday. What makes the place special is the view of the sea and the access to a private beach. We had a good time with the other guests and think everyone went home stress-free. It's definitely the ideal getaway spot.
Gracelands Beach Lodge was the best vacation we have had in a while. The rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need. The workers are all very friendly and cute. Aunt Grace helped with everything she could, and was always available. The private beach was very close and lovely. Clean and nice. I would go back anytime and suggest to anyone. Thank you very much.

Clean and tidy. Nice view. Had a nice stay. Unfortunately, there were no dinner plates in our unit. Not enough cutlery either.
The unit has a breathtaking view. Easy access to the private beach. Although some of the furniture needs a bit of an upgrade and the kitchen could use some extra equipment for self-catering, we were happy with the stay and would book there again.
They use a pressure pump and borehole. Constant problems with water even though the power was on. Difficulty with feedback. They washed carpet, space allowed and smelled. I went and bought a moisture absorber and left it there to absorb the moisture and smell. Stinks unbearably. Power plugs at sinks - very dangerous. She apologized and said she would give us the first night's money back. We heard nothing from her again. The first night we had to shower in another unit that also needed maintenance. Cupboards were half wiped in our unit. Do not shower properly. A corner bath/Jaccuzi is very impractical/unhygienic in a water restricted area. Put in a bigger tub instead. Management should do 'random checks' on units to see if there is a lack of maintenance and if they are not cleaned properly. Krane's 'fixtures' were not all there. Shower drain unit is loose. Noisy guests until 3:00 in the morning. Aren't there rules in such a guest house?
Beautiful view. The people are very friendly and kind. Place is very neat and located near shop. Access to the beach is from the lodge and the foot path is very nice. Really value for money.

Gracelands was certainly one of the most prestigious lodges of its time. The lodge is still recommendable, but it does need maintenance. Our room was stunning with a 180 degree sea view! The beach which is only a 50 m walk away was the highlight.
Accommodation was not up to standard. Place is falling apart. Room is dirty. Grill to walk on floor or sit on chairs. Bathroom was not clean either. The cutlery provided is not decently clean. The staff were friendly and willing, but not trained at all. Never seen a driver. Whoever it is needs to be fired! The location is great just a shame accommodation is so poor.

Graceland is beautifully located on the beach and has all the potential to be a great stay. Unfortunately our room was in a very poor state, with loose cupboard panels, stained ceiling, collapsing shelves, threadbare towels, ants in the kitchen and much more. Room service was promised for Christmas Day but never arrived, and the room wasn't very clean even when we arrived. The place needs a thorough refurbishment to make it acceptable.
Very friendly welcome. Room was very nice and tidy. Food was very nice. Beautiful sea view from room. Nice quiet and private. Animal friendly! My two yorkies were also treated very kindly by staff. Will definitely go again!
