TV on the kitchen table, big "NO". It can go in the top left corner. Fridge into the corner. Top cupboard made smaller. It's a bachelor's flat, has all you need. The view is 10/10. How about a wooden deck on the grass porch? 3m broad × 10m wide.
Quiet, clean holiday accommodation. Extremely comfortable with everything you need for a nice holiday. Owners respect one's privacy at all times. Would recommend the place to future vacationers anytime.
We escaped the heat of the northern suburbs with a short break by the sea with the most beautiful view. Grace was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. The place is also very well equipped for any possible need including mosquito nets, fans etc.
The unit is very private and the view is amazing. It is very well appointed. We really enjoyed staying here. We would love to come again.
What a beautiful place! Nice and private and has everything you need. It was our first getaway to Yzerfontein and for sure it won't be our last. The location and view are simply breathtaking. We will definitely try to get a place at Grace's Getaway again.
Location is great. It's wonderful to see the sea from the bed, in front of the braai and from the stoep. All that one needs.

It was our first visit to Yzerfontein, but it was not our last visit. Our kitty, Jack, enjoyed it just as much. When you lie on your bed at night, you hear the sea. We really enjoyed it and the weather was fantastic.

Friendly hosts, everything you need is there, just take your food with you. It was just what was expected.
Nicely sheltered and private. We were lucky and didn't have much wind. Well equipped with everything you need. Thanks to Eskom, we could admire the sky. Will definitely go again. Owner may put anti-slip strips on the steps leading to shower.
Wish the weather was better, would have loved to have been able to braai too, but only slept over 1 night. Good value for money. Excellent location. I would definitely book again.
Our 2 nights were definitely too little. Grill with a view of the sea, the evening moonrise and wake up to the waves breaking! It's perfect for a getaway weekend/holiday! It's close to shops and is in a very convenient area. We will definitely go back again when we get the chance.
The place is perfect for a weekend getaway. It is clean and well laid out. The view over the sea is incredibly beautiful and there is a comfortable braai area. It is very safe and private. We really enjoyed it and would recommend this place to anyone.
My husband and I never go anywhere unless there are great views and this place has incredible views! We've been going to Yzerfontein for many years and this could become our regular venue! Lying in bed and waking up to those views, the braai is lovely, room is small but has everything one requires. Didn't feel cramped, just compact and well designed. Full DStv, so hubby was happy. So peaceful.
One of the few places where you can relax enjoying the beautiful sea views, boats coming in and out of the harbour, watching people walk on the beach, watching full DStv while lying on a comfortable king-size bed.
The view is good. This is a bachelor's room. When someone works in the kitchenette the view of the TV is obstructed. The whole room consists of one room that includes the bedroom, kitchen, breakfast room and TV room. Notification is made of the stairs to the room. The stairs to and from the shower are a bigger problem! There was also no toaster.
We had a very nice stay. The place is small, but everything you need and it offers a beautiful view of the sea.

This is a good place for a single traveler or two people. It offers very good views of the central town area such as the harbor and beach. It's a private apartment under the owners' house that offers you the privacy you need. Nice braai facilities while you look out over the sea. Close to the central town and can walk down to the beach and harbour. It's not "hyper modern", but functional and you don't need more.
We enjoyed the calm surrounds and ocean view. Unit well equipped and has everything you'd need for a breakaway weekend. The steep steps could be a problem to the elderly. Those interested should preferably be notified in a advance of the steep steps.
Graces Getaway has a beautiful ocean view and it's a nice place to relax during your getaway. But, unfortunately, it's not great value for money. First, we had to park in the street, while there was parking at the side of the house? Secondly, there is no aircon or ceiling fan and it was really hot on Saturday. And thirdly, they could have cleaned all the spiderwebs and swept the spiders out from under the bedside tables and removed them from where they'd gotten stuck on the bottom of the bed. For the amount we paid it was, unfortunately, disappointing. We basically paid for a view, and that was it.
