The lodge sleeps 44 guests with maximum privacy in double en-suite rooms and units - units consist of two rooms. We also offer our clients the opportunity to stay in our exclusive Grand Kruger Bush Camp. These rooms are decorated exquisitely with African artefacts, whilst the exterior is an alluring façade of local architecture.
We have six bush camps, each room features a loft, which allows for up to four guests to sleep upstairs and downstairs, each loft has its own private bathroom en-suite. Each chalet is equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities as well as a mini bar fridge, air-conditioner, overhead fan and private balcony. The balcony allows for guests to relax during the day and night privately and sojourn. Meals can be taken in the main lodge dining room or delivered to the privacy of your room.
The Grand Kruger Lodge serves a delicious buffet breakfast and guests can enjoy a scrumptious dinner or buffet with a menu that never fails to impress with ever changing specials, often featuring unusual dishes. The tastefully furnished bar lounge and restaurant are fully licensed and equipped to cater to every gastronomic need. Alongside the restaurant is a pool deck where guests can enjoy refreshing cocktails while cooling off in our sparkling pool. In the evening enjoy African cuisine al-fresco, around a friendly bush fire while enjoying the nocturnal sounds of the wildlife around you.

Game drives in open safari vehicles with qualified game rangers provide guests with thrilling opportunities to view the Big 5 or Magnificent 7 as well as a myriad of other flora and fauna in the Kruger National Park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and breakfast pack are great! The pizza was delicious and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chef. The bush chalet is lovely. Complimentary water is wonderful. Thank you, it was lovely!
Beautiful, clean and tidy, the best service we have received in a long time. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful.
We were at Grand Kruger Lodge and Spa for our 17th wedding anniversary. They went out of their way to meet all our needs. The highlight was definitely the dinners, which were top notch. They also organized a sunset game drive through the Kruger Park for us. The only thing I can complain about is that we didn't get the same room I booked because the room wasn't available. But to make up for it, they upgraded us to one of their Forest Chalets, which is bigger than the room we booked.
I will visit Grand Kruger Lodge again as they do care for their clients.

It was our first time taking our children for a bush break. I must say Grand Kruger Lodge exceeded our expectations. Our children had a blast! Friendly staff, we had great time. We will definitely go back.

We expected bigger rooms with a bath for the cost pppn. Staff accommodation was very close to our chalet and they were noisy. Otherwise we had fantastic meals. Staff, especially Rose and Jonas made our time there very pleasant. I forgot my cell phone at the table one night after dinner and didn't realize it at all until Rose wrapped my cell phone at breakfast and sang me "happy birthday" To my surprise my cell phone was in it. As a South African I think the costs pppn are expensive and not many people can afford it. Those prices are more for tourists.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Accommodation very good except for broken blinds in bathroom. But would definitely go again.

We were in the Kruger National Park all day and therefore just slept here. It has a very good location.
Wonderfully luxurious stay in the middle of Merloth Park. Super nice staff and manager. Had a wonderful meal and a wonderful buffet. In the evening, surprised in the house that all the lights were on and the beds were made open before nightfall.
Grand Kruger is a fantastic choice if you want to visit the KNP. Friendly, good service and satisfaction.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the truly South African cuisine. The Bush Camp gave us that extra feel of peace and we loved having dinner under the stars right next to a truly African fire! The staff were always friendly and made us feel very important and ensured our comfort. Thank you for a true African experience!!

Stayed for five days. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. Doc, you and your staff keep up the good work. It was a pleasure to stay there. As far as safety is concerned: there are many strangers roaming around Marloth Park - possibly due to other accommodations within Marloth. I would suggest a card entry system be brought into the park to control the influx of people who aren't staying within it.
